From my experience, all of the nail techs here are very professional and friendly. I have a more reserved personality so I just sit there and relax but I always overhear other customers and their nail techs talking, like this shop has a lot of repeat customers. Relaxing, CLEAN environment. They have so many options for gel polish!!! My full set of acrylic nails cost $56. I think that's kind of expensive, but the nail tech did an excellent job, so I think it's ok. My nails came out really cute. My only criticism is that a couple of my nails didn't go all the way down to the cuticle and half of my nails aren't painted all the way, like the polish is missing on the sides, but it was probably because I kept putting lotion and hand cream on all morning. I don't know. Still, compared to other nail places I have tried, I think this one is the best. The staff here are very sweet.

I saw Trina yesterday and she fixed my nails! I went somewhere else and asked for oval but they gave me super pointy almond. I decided to swing by Royal Nails to have them reshaped and change color. Trina fixed them for me perfectly. She really took her time to make sure they didn't stay so thick after cutting and reshaping them. I'm very happy with my nails and will definitely be returning.

She also did my pedi & fixed my big toes with acrylic. The corners were super broken and I really wanted my squared toes & she made it happen Thank you Trina I'll definitely be returning for a 3rd time.

I forgot the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she also did so so good. Took her time and was just so relaxing. A spa experience for sure! You can feel the good energy here! Everyone is happy and even all customers talking across room to each other. My Gel lasted almost 2 months without chipping, cracking or coming off. I am so happy! I loved it so much! Kevin and Sunshine hello my friends! Three years up in the high desert three years driving down the hill for my nails..... not anymore. Sunshine cleaned my feet so well and my paint job is on point she made my white matte look so clean and pretty and my nails! I got a full set and told Kevin I want them to look natural and he delivered. I'm so in love and so dam comfortable it doesn't even feel like I have fake nails I love it! Thank you!

It can be difficult to find a reliable nail salon in the high desert. While staying in Victorville I decided these reviews were worth driving 30 minutes to Oak Hills. So glad I did! Jennifer was my salon tech- she did both my regular mani and pedicure. She was very gentle and attentive to details. I got the cucumber pedicure with callus remover-$41 deal lord the extra scrub felt so amazing, the hot towels at the end were so relaxing. My polish was on point! My mani $18 was quick and my nails look so fresh and clean- no polish!

This owner can never own up to their wrongs instead they add things up that make no sense.

I've been here 4 times for pedicures, all times except my last were good. I scheduled an appointment got there early and they took me quickly. The lady doing my pedicure seemed like she didn't want to be there, did everything like it was a bother to her. She ended up cutting my toe. I wish I would've got her name, I recommend literally everyone there but her!

Moved up here from Rancho over a year ago and I have been looking for a place that does CLEAN gel builder. I gave this place two chances, definitely not coming back for a third time. As soon as the tech started working on my gel builder, I knew it was going to be horrible. She was slopping on the hard gel, letting it touch my skin, and answering call after call. When I tried to separate the product from my skin before she cured it, she snapped and said, "leave it". After she was done, I told her my nails were way too wide. She told me she was going to shape them. She didn't. Paid $60 for disappointment. I was really surprised their service is horrible because they're always so busy. Don't go here if you like gel builder! read more

I went here with a friend for the first time. It was a pleasant experience. I called ahead of time to make sure they had availability for two pedicures. Within 5 min that we arrived they seated us, which was great. The staff were friendly & nice. The man that did my pedicure was going a little too fast for my personal taste. Overall pleasant. Prices were not too bad. $30 for a basic pedicure, anything else depending on what you'd like to get done is extra charge read more

I needed a pedicure asap I'm visiting from out of town & the reviews seemed decent. Very helpful nail techs. I complained of the warmth inside they turned on the a.c without any problem thank you, it's warm here but it is desert life Hesperia Ca. General psa DO NOT get your nails done by the lady with the arthritic hands. Your nails will be sharp and you will have to correct her 20+ times just for your nails to "look" straight before paint, to only realize that other nails were crooked. My advise to that tech check your work before the customer so there isn't so many corrections or retire ‍. After all the corrections in store after leaving nails are still crooked. Don't worry I'll sand down the sharpness and straighten out the crooked nails myself. Thanks Pedicures on the other hand haven't had a bad experience yet read more

This is a review for a pedicure only. I was assisted by a male and although he was very nice, the way he handled my gel removal and cuticle removal was very sloppy and inconsistent. I had gel polish all over my cuticles. The biggest issue was how he clipped the sides of each nail. I will not post a picture because the moment I got home, I had my daughter fix them for me . Don't go here if you expect a high quality pedicure. read more

Very great customer service polite nail techs however I went in four months ago and my toe was cut and got infected. Gave them a second shot and my big toe was once again cut and infected been a week still have swelling and redness. Both times were different nail techs so tools must not be properly sanitized. read more

Extremely Happy!!!! I arrived (8/2/21) 20 minutes before closing (sorry!) and I thought they would be in a bad attitude or not do a good job. But I was wrong!!! They still treated me very well & were patient. Jackie was soooooo amazing !!!! She made me feel so comfortable. I asked her what I wanted and what I didn't want/like.., she didn't force me on getting what SHE wanted but suggested her opinion and really cared on listening to every word I said and I got everything I wanted. Tim did my toes as well. Gel, all white. I have no pictures :( he did an amazing job! He was very friendly and attended me with so much love and care. Prices did seem a bit high for me. Very professional, clean business. Super friendly. Some reviews said they are slow, yes I had to wait, even with an appointment, but that's because they are so meticulous. She made sure I was getting beautiful nails, her art work was on point and her hand was steady. Definitely knew what she was doing. I'll be coming back for my fill :) thank you read more

First time at this establishment this past Sunday 8/8/2021. Very clean, and I came in with my mom and aunt for 3 gel pedicures. I had called 2 other places and gone to 1 place and all were either closed or short staffed and couldn't take us. It was a breath of fresh air that they Royal Nails and spa were able to get us in at the last minute. We even ran a little behind because we were coming all the way from Apple Valley and they still took us in and said it was no problem. All 3 of us were very happy with the services and their nail color selection. Would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back! read more

Came here on a whim and I must say I received the best service. Everyone is so polite and nice and they do a great job! I usually went to a place in Victorville called helens but good lord I found a gem here at royal nails and spa. Will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you to everyone there! Got a great set and the Brazilian wax was painless and she made me feel so comfortable. I don't think I can trust any other place for waxing now haha definitely recommend!! read more

Was able to walk right in and get a mani/pedi. I even had a broken nail that the tech was able to fix beautifully. Unfortunately I did not get two ladies names but they were great! I didn't feel rushed and had a very nice relaxing self care day! read more

Came here for my birthday. Got a French tip and a pedicure. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment but they sat me right away. Everything was set up to be safe for COVID. Masks were required and they took my temp when I walked in. They have partitions set up at the manicure/ pedicure stations. I felt very safe there! Paul did a great job! Ask for him for sure! I haven't been able to find a good nail place on the high desert that would do gel mani and pedi, so I opted to do acrylic and I was very satisfied with Kevin. I called him and asked if they had an opening and I did explain to him that I was very picky, he said come on in and we'll take good care of you. I was so happy I was able to get in and be one of their last appointments for the day, I really needed my nails done so I called them and they graciously let me come in for an appt! I believe her name was Trina but she's so fast and talented and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely come back to her in the future. I also want to note that they seem to have a returning client base and I loved seeing how they interacted with them, it was almost like they were friends with them! it's a really nice and warm environment which you don't see often in nail salons! read more

I reached out to the salon that Priscilla run The Pink Tulip out of to see if she was still there…read moreand how to make an appointment, they gave me the phone number and told me to text her. I was happy to hear that she went back to texting since last year she had me sign up for an app (vagaro app) to make appointments and it was difficult to find her and she also did not have her availability set up, which is actually one of the reasons why I never returned. The reason for the one star this time is because I texted the number in the morning inquiring about getting a wax. She now has an assistant that helps her with her appointments. She asked me when was the last time I shaved/waxed and let her know that it had been a week. (In my mind it was obvious that I would be wanting to schedule something out for 5 weeks). She told me "oh ok unfortunately we need 4-6 weeks of hair growth" and then in a separate text asked me if I wanted to schedule something out for another 5 weeks. I let her know that I was hoping to do that and then asked what days of the week is Priscilla in since I am only available on weekends. Maybe I asked too many questions (I asked 3) but they never replied back to me. It was later in the afternoon when I replied to their last text (5:30pm) so if I had to wait till the next day to hear back I wasn't going to be upset. This conversation happened on 10/23 and it is now 11/1 and I have yet to hear back. Priscilla is the only one who I have found that does waxing in the high desert so its a little disappointing when I cant even access her work. While her pricing can seem a little high, she is totally worth it and you can tell that she wants her work to be good. One of the reasons why I wanted to go back to her! But we will see if I ever hear back.

The mountains took about an hour and a half and the rips/flowers took about 3 hours. I was referred to him by a good friend. He's always very professional, really down to earth and he's a great designer. I came to him with a concept and he beautifully executed the vision I had in my head. With the mountains, I just wanted an image of something that already existed...fort the flowers only had the image in my head to go off of and Kenny hadn't done many "rip" tattoos, but I couldn't be more happy with how it came out. Worth the drive, my new go-to nail salon in the high desert! Manicure and Pedicure. First time having coffin shaped nails and they are perfect, custom hand shaped. My nail artist was meticulous and paid attention to details to make them even and uniform. I'm a teacher and wanted a pencil design, he willingly worked from a Pinterest picture I showed him and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Pedicure was a dream come true! I have never had my heels as smooth and soft as they were able to make them. Exceptional effort! Pedicure with callus treatment was incredible! I just went here for the first time yesterday and I think I may have found my new nail shop to go to! It's so hard to find somewhere good up in the high desert. Everyone here was extremely nice! Trina did my nails and pedicure and she was amazing. So sweet and talented! I highly recommend this place! But as I learned, make an appointment before hand because they are busy. I had to switch from my old nail salon and before i came here i got them done somewhere else and he totally messed up my nails. So i wasnt thinking i could get the white and pink ombre like i wanted because they were so messed up. But royal nails did AMAZING. there was a totally rude customer in there and they were so nice to her- i almost yelled at her. This is definitely my go to nail shop from now on. They look so perfect. I love coming here! I live down the street & Everyone is super friendly. I have my nails done by Sonny and I have never had any problems! He is very precise and good at what he does I don't see myself going anywhere else.. I have had my nails on for about 2 months now and I work as a caregiver. So, as much as I wash my hands and constantly doing things with them I have not had any lift or any of them come off! I am very Satisfied! Thank you Sonny! read more

I had stopped going there when the previous owners were there just because I was very unhappy with their service, but since Kevin and Trina took it over its the only place I go! They always do an amazing job on my nails, prices are great, and they have made some very nice changes including new chairs for clients! Definitely recommend them. read more
