After the session I went to put a tip for the service, I tipped her $8 and she looks at me and asks me how much I am tipping her and when I stated $8 she looked and me and stated "you give me $10 I did the massage hard for you" I ended up tipping the additional $2 and left. This was very rude to me demanding a bigger tip. I top based on service and what my pocket looks like. It's not the $2 it's the principle. Very rude, very unprofessional. I paid for the the combo body and feet service I didn't get my full service. I was assigned a women who was doing great but was abruptly cut short by the man at the counter, saying she was going to take care of someone else. What made me feel uncomfortable my lower body was exposed and the man took over with no reason explaining why he had to take over. When it was time to turn over onto my front side he didn't leave the room but was turned around towards the door. I specifically said I was having really bad pain on my upper back and neck, both the woman and the guy didn't work on what I asked for. My hands were balled up into a fist and we're so tense that my hands were sore. And all I thought about was "I have to get out of here"
