Wish they had Gift Certificates so the clock for membership starts when you sign paperwork as I burned quite a bit of time from purchase Locker Rooms are clean with areas to showers and change. Each Locker Room has a Sauna and Steam Room. Sauna is on a timer and does take a good bit of time to even warm up. Gym attendants are nice and friendly and provide towels at check in. And there is always a bowl of fresh fruit. There is also ice water throughout fitness areas. Equipment room is small but has everything one would need and is not that busy. Pool area is open and beautiful and there is a hot tub as well which I end my evening with a nice long soak. Pool and hot tub tend to get busy during the evening hours. Really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this Fitness Center.

If you're not into being pushed and challenged then don't go. The Instructor is great at making sure you are in the correct positions while continuing to urge the other students to continue holding the pose. And boy, when they say hot, they mean HOT! We'll be 2 poses in and I'll already be sweating!! I didn't know you're knee caps could sweat! The first class I went to was tough. I was exhausted when I got home. But this second class was great. I did better in some of the poses and felt really confident when I left. Even if you have a image issue, do yourself a favor and invest in yoga shorts and light tank top. You'll thank me later. I don't know how people wear capris in there... its just too hot. The other students are all very friendly and super encouraging. The first class is tough, but it's worth it! I can't wait to go back on Wednesday!

She tried to make sure that we would have as much QUALITY time with her as possible, and I really appreciated that. Let's face it - she's an oncologist, so the outcome isn't going to be good a lot of the time. But Dr. Lemke's bedside manner really did make us feel confident that our mom was receiving great care, regardless of what the outcome was clearly going to be. There is one woman in her front office (unfortunately she answers the phone) who is very uncaring sounding, and I that stinks when you're family member is dying. However, I appreciated that the doctor visited my mom while she was in the hospital in Syracuse, and travels to Oneida once or twice a week so that her patients in this more rural area don't have to go all the way to Syracuse for chemotherapy. However, making a priority to get to the gym is a very good idea. With good health there is a healthy glow about a person. My day goes by really fasr when I enjoy my workout. That is why I really like the Ontario Fitness Gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clients are friendly.
