Machines and weights aren't anything to write home about, but they get you as strong as any newer equipment if you know what you're doing. Lol. Yeah, staff/owner is harder to get ahold of but it's 24/7 access electronic key card, so I don't know why you would need to talk to someone anyway. There are lockers and bathrooms with showers. Overall great gym because the price is awesome, $200 annually. Only knocking a star off because I guess the communication aspect and equipment could be better. Love the gym though. Not switching anytime soon.

I immediately felt at ease with the nonjudgmental vibe of this place after not doing a spin class in several years. They are 30 minute classes that you feel challenged and don't need to spend hours at the gym to try to get results. I have loved the fuse, transform, and barre classes! I wish my work schedule allowed me to get there more days because it's so fun and challenging that it has made exercising more enjoyable again. If you are looking for a traditional gym feel then this isn't the place for you, but if you are looking for a community that encourages you and like group classes then I 100% recommend you give it a try.
