Instead of being professional, supportive, or helpful she comes across as rude, dismissive, and completely unapproachable. It's clear she doesn't know how to treat employees with respect, and her negative attitude spills over to customers as well. Good management makes or breaks a store, and unfortunatel, this location suffers because of her. Shopping here ends up feeling uncomfortable and frustrating when it should be enjoyable. She needed my Kohls card. Told me if I used it she could give me 30% off. Otherwise it's 15% I kept looking in my wallet and not finding it. She was not happy at that point that I couldn't find it. Huffing, she said looks like 15% for this. I forgot they had changed the card. Found it and she just stood there. She did give me 30% after. I turned around and there were a few people behind me. If she was trying to hurry me, why not call for someone to help at Customer Service instead of acting like you did? It didn't solve anything and caused a review like this for Kohls. Being nice doesn't hurt anyone.

In the past I have usually only bought very expensive jeans - they have been great and I love the fit, but sometimes (eh most of the time) my wallet does not appreciate it. I believe in buying high quality clothes and other items, because a lot of the time it last longer and is truly higher quality with fit and feel. However, AEO has converted me to their jeans! They have sales every so often, which is great! Their prices are awesome anyway, but sales make it every better. Their jeans are around 30/40 dollars. I found a lot of pairs that fit and felt great. That is not always common with jeans. The price is right, so you can buy a lot. They also seem to be high quality at least for the price. I have not been wearing mine for long, but my friend says hers have lasted a long time. Customer service at this location was good and helpful. The store and dressing rooms were clean and organized. This store is located inside the outdoor pinnacle promenade and their is street parking right outside of the store. There are also parking lots located on the outside of the mall.
