They never sent me the text, or email, so I called them again and they gave me the same song and dance and I said if they did not help me after their negligent business dealings I would take my business elsewhere. The resentful hag on the otherside of the line put me on hold without another word. I found another business to supply my needs for far less than they were charging.

Each time they made an appointment to come out measure everything onsite then a few weeks later after the glass is cut and fabricated they come and do the install. They do great work of the highest quality, my glass window that was replaced had a curve at the top which required very exact measurements to cut and precision skill to install. Standard was able to measure and get the replacement glass in two weeks and the new glass install took less than two hours, and was a perfect match. Total cost was actually $100 less than a local window company quoted me for a replacement window that would not have been an exact match.

Salesman…read morewas extremely helpful, however, the installer was rushed, messy, and showed no attention to detail. 1/2 the silicone caulk was not smoothed, one spot had no caulk at all, and this was an overall messy job. Salesman came back and cleaned it up the best he could but I ended up redoing the silicone myself. For the price of the glass and service I expect much more attention to detail by the installer.

They showed no remorse pretty much said call your contractor and deal with it. We are left with no water and now have to remove and replace brand new porcelain tile and whatever else. He responded quickly and stayed in good communication throughout the process. He came out to measure the glass and order the replacement. Then it took a while for the new glass to come in, but he kept me updated until it arrived. The installation was quick and very well done. Pricing seemed fair considering the materials involved and the level of service. I hope I won't need him again, but I won't hesitate to call him if I do. Highly recommended.

I hired him to replace my sliding back door glass. It was $20 for him to come access the damage and take measurements. $302.12 for him to order the glass. Then he charged $775 to put the glass in door. Come to find out his measurements were incorrect. He tried to rig gaps by placing a stick in the bottom and putting silicone in the top. When he noticed that the gap was too big he said that he had another idea by placing some stripping over it. Well that didn't work either because he stated that he couldn't find any. I didn't hear from him til weeks later and he stated that he was going to redo the whole glass free of charge. That was June 7th we're now in August and he has yet to return my phone calls.
