Well, ALL my worries were completely diminished when Mark, the owner, came out and sat with us to thoroughly discuss the good and bad of what "might" happen. He stayed with Charlie through the whole visit. Charlie was so incredibly genuine and really took the time to listen to our wants. You have to understand, these tattoos are very small crescent moons. Because I was having surgery and Because of the covid situation. And now that I've finally had my surgery and I'm ready. She Renigs on what she told me in our Oct 29th conversation. I'm but that's is BAD BUSINESS... Even if she were to come back and say she would honor the certificate, I'm sorry, I'm not sure I'd trust her to do my piercings anymore.
