Not only did they talk down to me about it like I was an idiot, but when I told them it was too much and I'd rather do it myself, they lied to me saying I needed an $8,000 scan tool to perform the required learn procedure. If they were honest, and knew what they were talking about, they'd know you do not need a scan tool to do the procedure, you can find the instructions on how to do it online and without an $8,000 scan tool. This alone has turned me off from ever going here again. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they treated us good for the tire work that was done.
