I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

At Green Palm Construction they are professional, have great quality and best of all they are honest. I recently had cabinetry installed in my garage and they truly exceeded our expectations. When providing the estimate, they also shared their recommendations as to what would work best and be longer lasting! We used acrylic doors as per their recommendation because of the hot area, and it was a great idea! Easy to clean and they are gorgeous! They used soft close hinges so no slamming doors, in my opinion, that is a must. I, 100% recommend!

My mother and I were robbed by the owner of this company and filed a report with local police. The…read morecase was accepted by the State Attorney's office who filed Grand theft charges against the owner Kevin Senyk, who was subsequently arrested. If you are a victim of this company I strongly urge you to call the prosecutor Stacy Cleveland at 305-547-0211. We know there are other victims. My mother and I were robbed in the same fashion. The guy got a deposit and then kept pushing the start date of our kitchen to a later date. He then takes off to Argentina with our money stating he had a family emergency. He gave the victim below same story he gave my mother. Another victim wrote this on the BBB website..... BBB Complaint from another victim: We paid a 50 % deposit ($5750) to have them build and install custom kitchen cabinets. The company/owner closed shop and stole our money. In November of 2015, we hired Ebenezer Custom Cabinetry to build and install kitchen cabinets. We were required to give a 50% deposit in order for them to start the project ($5750). The ownwer, Kevin Senyk, told us the cabinets should be done in time for Christmas. Some time in mid December he calls me and tells me he has to leave the country because of an emergency. He said he would be back mid January 2016. I spoke to the owners father beginning of January (he was at the shop) and he told me an exact date his son would be back. On that date (sometime mid/late January)I called the owner (Kevin)at the number we have always used and it was blocked. We tried from my fiancé's phone and it was also blocked. We then proceeded to drive to the shop to see what was going on only to notice that it was closed and boarded up. I was able to contact his father and tell him I was going to seek legal advice if his son didn't call me back. The next day the owner called and apologized about the situation and promised to make the cabinets. We continued for several months going back and forth with Kevin always maintaining a slither of hope he would complete and install the cabinets as stated in our contract. On Friday, April 22, 2016, he texted me saying he would meet us at the paint store to pick out the paint on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Tuesday night I called him to confirm only to receive the a message once again that our number was blocked. We signed a contract, gave him a personal check in the amount of $5,750 made out to Ebenezer Custom Cabinetry back on November 5th, 2015 and have nothing to show for it. This guy is a con man and we are seeking monetary retribution. Please help so that others won't get scammed.
