Over two years ago, I remodeled my home and installed new tile throughout the house. Unfortunately the tile that I installed was never properly cleaned after applying the grout. For over two years we had a very thin layer of grout haze that would not come off. My wife and I would clean our tile constantly but it never seemed to be fully clean. Our tile is the "wood look style" but it's light grey in color. I called a few companies but I didn't really care for their customer service or prices.
