From the very start, John and his team have been a pleasure to work with. First, John came out and gave us a FREE estimate (Yes, I said FREE) and within 5 business days I had the estimate in my email inbox folder. The estimate included ALL of the necessary details even right down to the actual thickness of both the base and surface layers so we knew exactly what we were getting...there were absolutely NO surprises. When I did call with additional questions they were very supportive and patient. We didn't have to pay anything until the work was completed. The crew did a terrific job and were professional and kind. We are very pleased with the results of our driveway. My "finished"…read moreasphalt driveway is about 4-5 inches lower than the yard and as much as 6 inches from the yard in width. My old asphalt drive was even with the yard. My neighbors' drive is also below their original & I told Lovett I wanted to avoid it. They said they would try but sometimes it wasn't possible. Never explained why. Workers moved a bunch of stuff around in my garage so they could drive equipment in it but never bothered to return to the things to the original locations. Talk to other companies before hiring this one!

A year ago we got to the point where we had to do something with our gravel driveway. There was an…read moreold maple tree that had to come out in part because of the roots or making the driveway difficult to negotiate. We made the decision to excavate the stump and go with a concrete driveway and for that purpose I contacted a concrete company that had a good name. That person was fine except that I didn't have the impression that he was listening that carefully to me. When the estimate came back it included something that was considerably different from what I asked for. The second company I called was Quality Concrete and Masonry. Bryan Halder came out and my experience with him was entirely different. He is very personable and he is a good listener. He engaged with me so that I could see that he understood what I wanted. When he came back with a quote, not only was it exactly what I wanted, it was also $1000 under the other company. Quality Concrete and Masonry did a wonderful job and we were so pleased with them that I contacted Brian when I decided to use pressed concrete for our patio instead of the tiles that we were thinking of. Again, his quote was reasonable. They came out on time. They were professional and also friendly. They again did a great job and we had absolutely no regrets that we had them do both jobs for us. I have attached some photographs. Our backyard is still a work in progress but in the driveway and patio are near perfect. There's no question that we will call on Brian for any future concrete needs. I recommend him to anybody without reservation.

Hired this co to apply a finish to my entire basement. Applied wrong top coat (high gloss instead…read moreof satin) had condensation issues and text them pics. Took 5 days and a check hold to get a response. Tried to tell me no big deal after screaming and swearing at me on the phone but when arrived back admitted not just a minor fix and would be out next week to address the multitude of issues. Supposedly fixed all my concerns pd them 1/2 with the understanding they'd return to look over the job and collect rest of pmt. We find out after we could walk the job it looked as bad as to start just no longer as shiny. No contact from them until a 1 star google review. Eric the owner came out a few days later and pointed out on his own all the issues with the job and "easy fix" he explained they'd do everything that was just done. when he became agitated and belligerent he was asked to leave. After he stood in our drive screaming to neighbors that we were scum, didn't pay our bills, wrote bad checks.... he then wrote a libelous reply to the google review. Our basement looks terrible, not the work of a 5 star co, they ruined walls, a new patio door and base trim in the process, splattered material on our patio - it does not come off. Zero consideration for our home and the most unhinged person I've dealt with. I wish I could post all the pictures

I get all of my neighbors clover and dandelions. To top it off, they blow the rest of the lawn clippings onto my lawn. I've talked to both the crew in person and to the owner on the phone, they don't care. Not the way to make good neighbors, because now it's on them. (Note: not a super d1%* get off my lawn guy) Update: It seems that the owner does care. The crew actually blew the clippings back into my neighbors' yard today.

They fixed the existing grade issues and 1/2 inch lip on the door which improved accessibility. Concrete has a very light grey color with a broom finish. Looks great. Unlike other cement contractors, Chris returned my call. He listened to my needs providing solutions to the existing issues. He provided a written estimate and was on the job managing his workers throughout the project. His team was skilled, efficient, and sociable. I would definitely hire Concrete Solutions again

Ryan came out quickly and had a quote to me the next day. The install was about 1.5 weeks later. The team came out, took down the current post, installed new one, added the new gate, and cleaned up the area with a few hours (longest part was waiting for concrete to set).
