But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, without a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone who can build according to contract. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court.

No call back was given to me! So, I called her and got no answer. I called repeatedly and finally Karina picked up and she said OH, I forgot to call you back! Karina didn't say... "I'm sorry ma'am, I ..." But she said hold on... I heard talking, in the background, I assumed it was business BUT no LOL. Karina came back to the line and said... I ordered some food that was my food order! All while "me" the customer was on the line. Karina said yes he will meet you at 3:00pm! I confirmed the address with Karina again and I said thank you and hung up. My husband and I went to that property at 3:00pm and no one was there! So, I called Karina and she did not answer but she did text me the number to call Alex myself, so I did. When I called he said OH yeah... as he too forgot as Karina did earlier. The man said OH yeah; I will be there in a few. I said ok and confirmed the address with him and... It was NOT even the address I gave Karina. So, I told the young man, I don't think this will work, sir. He said OK and hung up! WOW! He didn't say I'm sorry or... Can we meet another day...? We have had carpets and upholstery cleaned many times over the last 43 years of home ownership, and we must say that All Star Chem-Dry service rates among the best, if not the very best. Phil, our designated cleaner, sent a reminder of when he was scheduled to arrive an hour ahead of time and sent a message letting us know of his arrival. He was friendly and personable but also efficient in setup and work. He worked tirelessly for over two hours. There were a few stubborn clay stains from our pet's paws that Phil deep-cleaned repeatedly until they disappeared. In addition, the price estimate was "spot on." Once Phil arrived, the items to be cleaned were given an up-close exam and a final price for cleaning. I liked knowing what the final bill was going to be before Phil began cleaning. Well, it's done, now -- and our family room is simply beautiful -- and the living space smells especially fresh and clean. We thank you. [First visit charge: Approximately $360] Update! About a week after Phil cleaned our furniture so beautifully, our dog ran in from outside with a muddy paw and messed up a corner of one cushion. I needed a small remodel job for one room and 2 baths, talked to Cransten…read more and thought they should be a good choice, Big mistake. told it should take a week to a week and a half. the job called for taking out built in bookcases and cabinetry in one wall, take out paneling put up drywall, install vanity and new top and sink in bath a, and then new counter top and sink in bath b. Job started, In at 9 and leave at 11, in at 10 leave at 2, no show 2days. At the end of the 10th work day (Uri) and 33 hrs. on job I called super for help (Omar). After the 13th day I gave up on the idea of bath b and I called the main office for help (Bryan & Christina) and asked please come out and just look at the job being done here and tell me if this is the quality of work you represent. Omar finally came out and said I can't believe this and this will have to be redone. They were having trouble scheduling and we had our spring vacation coming up so we gave them the keys to the house and said we will be back on this day it's all yours. Returned home Sunday afternoon at 4 (one week on vaca and 6 weeks after job start) and Troy is loading up his tools. The main room is 90% and at this point I'm happy with that but I walked into the bath and nothing had been done there to finish, the same as (Uri) left it, missing base board molding, unfinished drywall. STOP was here within 30 minutes of me calling. They worked quickly with the utmost of professionalism. The project manager, Charlie, was amazing. He kept me abreast of every move they were making. Today, they finally removed the drying machines, and they will return after repairs to put all my furniture back in place.
