Here's my experience: Our contract specified the following: - Prep and paint the basement (walls, trim, doors), including the common area, bathroom, and bedroom. - Prep and paint the stairwell and complete upper level, excluding closet interiors (ceiling, walls, trim). - Perform minor drywall repairs as needed in all areas to be painted. However, drywall repairs were incomplete before painting began. During my walkthrough, I noticed areas that still required repair; some were fixed, others were not. Where repairs were made, the difference in paint coats is noticeable. Most of my home appears to have received only one coat of paint, and some of the trim wasn't painted at all, despite my repeated requests to both the worker and the owner. Paint was splattered throughout my home, including on furniture and kitchen appliances. The trim, ceiling, and floor were covered with paint splatters. The workers also left trash behind, such as drink cups and wrappers. Although the job was supposed to take five days, on the fifth day, a single worker arrived at 8 a.m. and stayed until 9 p.m. without any breaks, trying to finish. After I sent the owner photos of the issues, he and the worker along with one other person returned on Monday. That worker yelled at me in my own home, blaming me for the poor paint job. Although the owner attempted to make things right, the overall lack of care and professionalism from this company was unacceptable. I still have unresolved issues, but after the owner tried to justify the problems, I decided to just pay him and move on.

Mr. Gibbs came to home, extremely late on the day of the appointment. He suggested he cut the damaged spindle and take it with so it could be matched exactly. He ensured me his wood guy could replicate the discontinued spindle as I requested. He also ensured me it would only take a few days to get the spindle back. He quoted me a price e of over 400.00 for 1 wooden spindle and would not start the work without a deposit and contract. It ended up being weeks before I got the spindle back. When he returned, the color was extremely off, and he had to take the spindle back to fix the color. Several weeks later he again returned. When he returned I could not believe what he brought back to be placed in my home stairwell. It was not the custom-made spindle replicated by his wood guy, but a 6.00-dollar spindle from Home Depot. The color did not match, nor was it the same style of spindle. He failed to inform me that he would be installing the wrong spindle. I WAS LIVID! I could not believe a so call reputable company bamboozled me out of 400.00 for a 6.00 spindle. I asked him why he dd not call or inform me he had the wrong spindle, he just arrived at my home and commenced to installing the mis matched spindle. He never apologized, never offered a refund, no even partial. I am still considering suing him for breech of contract. The Gentle Pressure technician arrived at my home, looked at my roof from his ladder, then immediately stepped down and recommended I have some roof damage inspected prior to administering treatment and that he'd tell the office that he didn't perform the work and I should call the office to initiate a refund. The business claimed to have requested a refund for me through Square and then committed to mailing me a check refund. Neither happened. The business did submit a dispute response to my credit agency which made it much more difficult for me to recoup my funds. Gentle Pressure took $504 from me and my roof still isn't treated. This is how Gentle Pressure makes money. Don't let it be from you.
