After initially expressing interest in the project and agreeing to come out for measurements, the contractor completely stopped communicating. Multiple texts and messages have gone unanswered with no explanation, no follow-up, and not even the courtesy of a response. What makes this even more frustrating is that the contractor remains active on social media, so it's clear the issue isn't a lack of availability to communicate. Professionalism and communication are basic expectations when hiring a contractor. If you are too busy to take on a project, simply say so. Ghosting potential customers after making commitments is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. At this point, I've lost confidence and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unless there is a reasonable explanation and an effort to make this right, I cannot recommend this contractor based on my experience.

The not so great review is unfortunate, as his employee that performed the work is responsible. We had a pipe burst in the wall which required replacement of the flooring and drywall. At first we thought it looked great and they said the creaky floor would go away with time. It didn't.. then the flooring bubbled and peeled up. When we looked closer, the wall was not cut properly and they shoved spackle into the gap at the bottom which began to crumble prior to paint. Nothing was recaulked properly. Within months the entire floor was coming up, its soft feeling, and the floor is very loud and creaky. The toilet leans now as well. Someone else came out to look and pointed out several things that were done incorrectly. With that said, Jay was great but unfortunately not involved with the repairs himself. We're past the warranty point so it looks like a bathroom remodel is in the near future. EDIT: Jay, please don't insult me by stating that this is a fake review towards your business. You are welcome to come look at the work that was performed and follow up repairs that were made. I assure you that my review is spot on.. but I'm disappointed with the online interaction here.
