They have so many beautiful drapery options to choose from, but when Le Ann came to my home with samples to do measurements, that helped me visualize the end result and I knew exactly what I wanted. Her husband, Roy, did the installation, and was just as wonderful. Roy voluntarily fixed a lot of existing Hunter Douglas blinds left here by the previous owners. He was sincere and obviously loved his job. They were both a joy to deal with, and I will be back at their store for more blinds. This type of personalized service is rare.

I never review places so this is a first time, but I felt compelled to recommend this location…read more First, I went in to browse sectionals but their actual store is a bit tiny (but they can order you furniture/customize order ect.) upon looking in their clearance section downstairs I found a pretty slick coffee table marked down $1278 dollars ?? So I snagged a really cool coffee table for the price I would have paid at Walmart or IKEA which was plan A after the sectional purchase. Secondly, I arranged the coffee table to be delivered. I live up 4 sets of stairs, guilt is already setting in. I tell Todd the delivery guy (who conveniently is available to reach by text) that I live in a somewhat non ideal location for moving stuff. He says no problem and when he gets to my place he had a guy with him so I only had to open doors. I was already going to tip because of the stairs but they made it look so easy! Me and friends practically died moving couches up those bad boy stairs. But here's the kicker, THEY DENIED MY TIP, SAYING IT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE. My super discounted purchase! Great business, great people. Only negative side is I will always feel guilty I didn't convince them to take the tip!

While I always prefer to give my business to local operators, I really had no choice but to go outside the area to get skillful interior design and furniture. The owner is charming and seems to have good taste, BUT, she suffers from poor follow-through and makes promises she apparently has no intention of delivering on. There is nothing more frustrating than needing to get a project wrapped up and waiting for weeks upon weeks for answers or design proposals. Spend your money in Indianapolis, Chicago, or St. Louis where companies deliver on their promises and actually work for their money.

This store, upon first glance, appears to be very high-end with lots of variety available…read more However, once we were approached by a sales representative and advised her of what we were looking for, she immediately began speaking about ordering a custom item. I walked around while my MIL spoke to her and found several options that she could've shown to us. We asked about some samples of leather finishes and colors that were on display and were told that those particular options may not be available. That struck me as odd. Why were they on display then? Walking around the store, I noticed several leaks in their ceiling with buckets precariously placed to catch the drips. I also saw several desks/work areas in severe disarray. That was extremely off-putting. I might visit just to check out the clearance items, but nothing more.

For a lot of the furniture they have in the store, they have fabric samples so you can pick the color or pattern you want. A lot of pictures and decor to spice up your home as well.
