Everyone was very kind, the service was quick it only took like 20 minutes and I left with exactly what I wanted.

I do not recommend doing business with Shannon and her tinting business and this is the reason why. So I called her shop on Friday afternoon March 27th. She said she's only doing house calls and the soonest she was available is Wed Apr 1st (today). I really needed it done by Monday but reluctantly I agreed to wait for Wed so her team could come to my home and knock it out. I gave her my full address, city state and zip on Friday. I spoke to her Monday and Tuesday this week to re-confirm address, pricing and details of what was to be tinted. Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them. read more

I bought my daily driver in 2020 and have wanted to get the windows tinted since day one. Has anyone else checked prices between shops? Amount of heat and light rejection? Heck, I should have gotten an PHD trying to figure it all out. In the back of my mind from the 90's Mother's Windows Tint radio commercials screaming tint and alarm special $99.99! Yeah, no alarm and I'm still pushing $300. Other competitors up to $500! I used Yelp to get an initial quote. Once I was ready to pull the trigger I contacted AWT; made an appointment. I was able to get the job done prior to my trip to North Carolina which was my primary goal. The day of I grabbed some Taco Cabana and headed into the lobby. Waiting area has TV and plenty of magazines to keep you busy. About an hour and change and I was back in my car with the instructions to refrain rolling down the windows for a few days. Payed the $275 and headed out. Left the car sit to cure in the Texas summer heat for a few days and headed off on my trip. Only complaint was there were dried lines of moisture below the windows on the leather that could have been wiped up after installation. read more
