I was a new customer to Minuteman printing. My first order to them went fine and it was exactly…read morethe way I wanted my stickers to come out. I did get a phone call prior to them running my entire order saying the lettering on the bottom of the sticker was illegible and they would make it bigger so you could read it. That happened on my first , That was great thought everything was handled, and there would not be no issues in the future. I called for my second order a few days later I added two new items provided the PDF files that they required and thought all was well. I did get a call from them to approve the proof. I pulled it up on my phone was able to read it thought everything had been solved in the first order so I didn't give it a second thought. The stickers I needed for the weekend so I called them early in the week so I could pick them up on Friday. It was when I spoke to them Friday morning They said they were busy and may be able to get them done by the end of the day. Well, they got them done by the end of the day. I need the stickers badly so I took them. This is where things went to hell in a handbasket. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction of the print job and the small text, which was completely illegible. I had re-orders of other stickers that I had previously ordered and they were fine. I use the dictation feature on my phone. I dictated the email. I pressed a button thinking. I cleaned up the email and made it sound professional instead for some reason it completely rewrote The email making it sound like I was returning an email signing it with an employee's name which I have no clue how that ever happened, but it did anybody reading this email would have instantly figured uh oh. This is a mistake. I should contact this guy. That's not what happened. Caroline Sweeney the owner of minuteman press at the Ashland location had someone call me making believe they were a district director of Minuteman and asking me about this email that I had no clue that had been messed up. It was my bad I didn't proofread it, but I am a busy person and not on my worst day would I ever try to impersonate somebody especially when I'm doing a business transaction. Business is business. Miss Sweeney did not handle this issue at all in a professional manner not once did she apologize not once did she ask me what I meant she never picked up the phone to try and solve the problem. I am a customer customers do not get treated that way ever. Accusing me of impersonating her employee and when I asked her why she didn't just pick up the phone and call she never answered the question. All my questions to her about how she treats her customers went unanswered she offered no solution to the problem. I've been in business for over 50 years starting when I was very young. I have literally serviced tens of thousands of customers and never once have I disrespected or completely right off a customer. I have always gone above and beyond to make sure my customers were happy. If you are dealing with Miss Sweeney, make sure you have your battle gear on because she has no respect for her customers I give this place and Miss Sweeney a complete and utter thumbs down. Do not use this business. Use one of their other locations instead.

Our experience with this company was initially good. We got a quote for our job and submitted a PO…read more This was in April. A few weeks later, in mid-May, we followed back up to see when our order would be shipping. We were then told that they were backed up and could sent a partial shipment, with the balance to ship in mid-June. We accepted this new lead time. We received about half of our order, but were invoiced for the entirety of it. We paid. Mid-June comes and we send a follow up email to see when the balance will ship. It's ignored so we send 2 more emails a few days a part. Finally, on 6/24 Emma responds that she'll have an update by end of day. That's the last we've heard from them in the almost 3 weeks since and we still haven't received the rest of order that has been paid for. We've sent 4 more follow up emails and have called around 10 times. No one has ever answered the phone at any of the extensions, and all voicemail boxes are full. Emma, Aaron, Chris, Kit, and the general quotes email are all copied on our requests for updates. None have responded. Cannot recommend this business less.

I must have called at least 10 places and only Laser Engraving Pros said they could manage the task. It was a last minute call five days before Christmas and they said I had to bring it in immediately for a chance of having it completed by 12/22. I got it in the next day and Chris came to talk to me to see if the waffle machines could handle the task. Bottom line is, Chris did not know if the waffle maker would be able to handle the laser, but we were both willing to take a risk. Not only did Chris work his magic, but he did it in under 24 hours! It was a Christmas miracle! I am so grateful for Chris, Melissa, and the Laser Engraving Pros team for making this happen! They did such a wonderful job and my husband loved his gift.
