We decided on the placement of the design as well as the font style and size. Lots of options were available. I called customer service for help finding matching children's shirts and an 18 month size onesie. The service rep patiently provided helpful assistance, and I was able to complete the order. The shirts arrived on time and look great. We are pleased with the quality of the shirt and the perfectly executed printing of the logo. When the shirts arrived, the shirts for my daughters were too large. I called customer service and was able to reorder. The rep researched sizes and presented options. Best of all, I was not charged the $10. fee for expedited service. Shirts were approximately $21. Custom Ink is an online retailer and branded merchandise provider that allows users to create and order custom apparel, like t-shirts and hoodies, as well as promotional hard goods. I checked with my local Firestone to see if they could to do the work to save some money, but they recommended B&R Customs. I called them and they gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone, estimating on the high in case the bolts ended up being difficult to remove. However, as luck would have it, the bolts came out pretty easily, so they actually adjusted the original estimate, which lowered the total price a bit...now, that was just awesome and greatly appreciated! It's not often that you find that level of integrity in this industry, so they definitely have secured my future patronage.
