Terrible security system. I was with them for over 5 years. They started charging me for…read moremaintenance calls to replace their own batteries. Instead of replacing all of them, they replace one and charge me $50 for that call. The next month, another battery dies, and i have to pay another $50. My security system didn't even work for the last 6 months i was with them. I canceled and they sent me a letter saying i was going to be sent to collections if i didn't pay it, so i did. But i will never recommend them to anyone. I'm using vivint now. We'll see how they do.

He provided us with a complete site survey prior to the installation as well as photos and was very knowledgeable during the installation. He even provided us photos after the installation. Although we had never worked with Paul and his ream before, there was never a doubt in my mind after calling them that they couldn't get the job done for us. Their rates were very reasonable. We will definitely be reaching out to Paul and his team to manage and install our next project.
