We used our local Minuteman here in Austin (they are great) to run 2500 8-page brochures only to realize too late that there were mistakes. Yep. That means I'm paying out of my own pocket for the "re-run." Rather than shoulder the shipping costs again, I searched for a printer close to our client. They replaced burnt out tubes, which were 3000K, with 4100K which was way too bright for this area. We wound up paying for ballast replacement and four tubes, over their estimate. Then we bought new 3000K tubes at Home Depot, for $25, and replaced them ourselves. Not only no attempt to satisfy the customer, owner was actually insulting. So sorry we called them.
