I went in with 8GB of memory and now have 4GB, I had asked for a price on memory upgrade, about three times, and when it was finally ready they told me they could do it but would take 3 more days, then when i got home i saw one of the Dimms missing, obviously they took it out to see what it was and never put it back. HORRIBLE experience, total amateurs and I wouldn't even go back to get my own memory from them, lord knows what they may do to my computer if i did.
