As with all large projects, things went wrong during installation - a huge storm wiped out the excavation and had to be redone but Mike and the team were on it and kept things moving nicely. We started buying our supplies from Bosco's a while ago, and liked the people who worked there. They help out the community. We called them up to have them come take a look at the hot tub. We told them the problem was with the LED panel on the front. They came over and pulled the front of the hot tub off to get the model number and told me they would price up the part, and a few other things we wanted and left. We ordered it and the part was in quite quickly. The guys came over to install it, and not too long after, there was a rap at the door. "Has this always been like this?" I told him that it was never great, and kept getting worse until we couldn't read it anymore. He told me... When he looked closely at it, something seemed off. So he carefully peeled back the sticker with the English control labels, and under it, he found the PROTECTIVE SHIELD on the LED screen. You know, the plastic film on electronics. So after a few months the water gradually seeped under in the plastic got more and more yellow in hard until we could go longer see through it. When the other company replaced it, about two years ago, they had left it on, and the sticker they applied covered the edges. We never would've known the difference. The guys from BOSCO give you faith in people again.

Went to place of business to learn he moved and then business closed. Had to pay for repairs including redoing rhe dam near chimney as it was poorly done and water pouring over. Have nails constantly popping (find 10 a month) and worried shingles will blow off if there is a bad wind storm. Regret choice and would love to know where he moved to to send the bill. Terrible this is how he completed jobs at the end of his career.

Unprofessional and poor quality…read more Flooding damage occurred TWO TIMES (in the span of a week) to my unit when Reuter was working on the roof of the building and it rained. They brought in guys to fix the damage, and it took THREE TRIES because they kept doing it badly each time until I told them not to come back. A mess was left behind after every attempt at "fixing" what was wrong. They said they would cover the cost for drying out the drywall by another company after the water damage, but they are refusing to pay for it now. Terribly unprofessional, I would never recommend anyone go with these guys. See the attached image for the "quality" of work that Cory's company does. Cory's company has caused upwards of $4,000 in damages to my unit while working on the roof. To deal with the emergency flooding and to fix the low quality repairs that his guys did to my unit. Cory said that he would cover the cost of the emergency water damage removal, and after 16 months he still refuses to pay and now says he will not. Cory will never call you back when he says. At least 6 times Cory said "I will call you back by the end of the day", 0 times did he actually call me back.

We recently hired PDJ Shaw Flooring to install new flooring on the second floor of our home. I…read morecould not be more pleased with the service I received from them. We got quotes from a few businesses, and honestly, the pricing was comparable. All the quotes were within a couple hundred dollars of each other, with the biggest difference being the pricing of the product itself. What won our business for them was the sense of confidence they instilled in me that they were going to do the job properly. Without exception, the other businesses (I won't name names, but all the usual big players in town) spent about 5 minutes in our house. They took quick measurements & basically said "OK, choose your product and we can install it for you". When Greg from PDJ Shaw came, he took the time to explain the pros/cons of the different products to me. There was no pressure to upgrade to more expensive products, and by the time he left I felt prepared to make in informed decision about the best product to use. Because we have an older home (1940s), there are eccentricities in our house. Previous owners had done some strange DIY flooring, and there was the possibility that we would need to have our subflooring (at least partially) redone. Greg built those unknown elements into the quote, and advised me that when the installers came, they would assess the condition and only perform the extra work if it were necessary. None of the other businesses even looked at the flooring closely enough to see that there was potentially an issue there. Considering PDJ Shaw's quote included this extra work, the others were more expensive by comparison, and they could have hit me with unexpected additional costs once the work had begun and we were committed to seeing the job through. When I saw that the product we had selected offered a matching trim (quarter round), I asked about the cost of having that installed. I had planned on doing the trim myself, so that we could stain it to match existing doors etc in the house. Rather than simply agreeing to take my money, Greg advised me that he couldn't recommend the manufacturer's trim because its quality wasn't up to par with the actual flooring. He said that we wouldn't be happy with that product. He even made recommendations for inexpensive products that I could stain myself (shoe moulding rather than quarter round). Installation took one day, and the installer Tom was very professional and took great care to fix existing squeaks in the flooring before installing over top of it. The finished product looks amazing, and I would hire them again without hesitation. Best of all, upon completion of the work, we were refunded for the extra subflooring work that wasn't necessary.
