Then on the 4th of July this year, one of the AC units went out. It was blistering hot and we had a house full of people in to attend a funeral for a family member. I called Kolb in a panic and spoke to Sean. He said they were getting hammered with calls due to the heat, but would do his best to get a tech out as soon as possible. More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.

I contacted him recently to do an upgrade and found him as great to deal with as ever. He is not only very talented, but is an absolute pleasure to work with. He shows up on time (not always the case on the east end of Long Island!) and is not pretentious, e.g., he does not push to have one choose the most expensive option. He is practical, respectful of budget and has a relaxed and easy-going manner while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
