They do not care one bit about their customers. The whole staff is so nervous to give you any information on when they can get you scheduled or where a part is or when it's going to show up. The entire organization is programmed to evade responsibility it is always someone else in the organization who could possibly answer your question, and they are not available but would call you back. Never happened. I needed a part for my A/C it took 6 days for them to place the order .... I had the exact same part number on Amazon could have had the part in two days, but I didn't want to void any warranties. In hindsight it would have been much smarter than living without A/C in July for two weeks. Never again with these guys. Total run around!!! Please use someone else if you can. Trust me on this. I never write reviews, but this feels like a completely coached organization. They would have gotten zero stars if it was possible. Their overall score is a lot higher than it should be because people have to give them at least 1 star.

Kyle also offered a replacement but upon closer inspection said he could fix it. For an economical price. He had a new engine in his truck! First, he discovered the AC fuse had burned out in our box. He fixed that and then the AC unit. We were also building a new retaining wall the unit sat on. Two weeks later on 24 notice he came late Friday and moved the unit so the wall could be done in that corner. A week later, wall done, he came on Saturday morning and moved the unit back in place on the new wall. Bravo, Kyle! on 4th of July the old unit had a kink and needed some new wires to adjust the pressure. He put in new wires in Sunday morning 4th of July! This is caring service. This is a professional. He has EXTENSIVE AC knowledge. Kyle is also a personable trustworthy man. He tells good stories too. I highly recommend his services. Even though we don't have a maintenance contract, they go out of their way to get our work done as quickly as possible, even when I'm sure they are swamped (like after holiday weekends or after storms). I have always found them to be courteous, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and not looking to sell me something I don't need. Many times I was afraid they were going to tell me I need a new system (mine is quite old), but instead they find the parts to keep the old system running, saving me countless thousands of dollars. I don't know how their prices compare to other providers in this industry, but whatever they charge is worth it. There is great comfort in knowing that when I call, they will be there as soon as possible, they will be thorough, and they will be professional.
