I walked into Staples with my designs and left with business cards the same day. If following up with Mark to no avail wasn't enough, the man is unprofessional and discourteous. Had Mark exercised a modicum of basic phone etiquette or been more communicative, I could've chalked this up to sUpPLy ChAiN iSsUeS. I'll be taking my business to Image One Sign Company.

Due to an upload error from their site, it didn't accept one side of my design, so there was a comments box, I added notes with dropbox links to my files in case they had an issue loading the file. I had my assistant call and confirm with someone that Friday that the proper design would be printed. My assistant called back Monday to confirm that they would be ready by Tuesday morning. Oh I should note, this is for my call center business, so all my assistants calls are automatically recorded. Imagine my surprise when I show up Tuesday morning and was given cards blank on one side. I was even more shocked when the manager came out to tell me that the whole process is automated, nobody reviews it before print, not a very good response to my question about "what happened to my comments, how come nobody has read them". What was even more disappointing was being lied to my face that he spoke with my assistant and stated that he never promised they would be ready by Tuesday 10 am when we have him saying it in a recording. I asked them to fix the problem by overnighting the cards to Nashville where I was going for my conference (my flight was 2 hours away from when I stopped in). Thursday, 2 days later, they are still trying to tell my assistant that they can't overnight them it's too expensive while it's already too late, I needed them TODAY. I hope the few dollars you saved was worth the lost lifetime value of the marketing company that my wife owns or the lost value of people who wont use you because they read this review. I gave your company multiple opportunities to fix, it's rare for me to take the time to write a negative review but as a business owner, I feel I should share my experience with others and I'll be looking for another local owned print shop in Metro Phoenix that I can take my business to that has better processes and cares more about their customers to make it right.

So, I emailed him the brochure, and he went to work. I know, that when you have only a copy of the brochure, and not the original artwork, your chances of success, are not always that good. Well, when I went to pick the brochures up, I was pleasantly surprised, by the amazing look of my brochures. You couldn't tell, that they had nothing to work with, by the look of them. I am very thankful to Doug, as I needed these brochures, for an upcoming home & garden show. Also, I was very pleased with the great customer service and professionalism, I received from Doug and his staff. On a side note, I noticed, how clean and organized, the whole office is.
