Mason is always going the extra mile to give his customers the newest things on the horizon, whether they are UV/Red Light/Spray Tanning related or not. For a while he had things to make my teeth look nice and whiter. Heck I've even bought cool Vintage Clothes for my girlfriend there. The things he sells in his front area are always way more reasonable than if you got them at a specialty shop further down Melrose Ave, too. Melrose Tanning Co is clean. The bulbs are fresh. The employees are always cool and relaxed. And the prices are highly reasonable. They're dog friendly, and kid friendly too. It's just a really nice local business that one hopes will last forever. My hair stylist Nancy was such a delightful person. We talked nonstop while she cut my hair and she also did a great job cutting my heavy, lifeless hair. My hair feels so much lighter and healthier! She was very keen and inquisitive about what I would like-- what length, what style, etc. Customer service is great here all around. The owner was very informative and just so chill to talk to. Plus, her cute dog was here and it was fun playing with him! They have Keurig coffee machines so you can drink coffee or tea while you are here! Also, fyi if you purchase a package make sure they print the receipt and terms for you because I was told in person a different set of terms than what they are claiming. I never received an email receipt from them and trying to prove that is a nightmare. Basically paid for services I never received because it expired, when I was told in person by their tech that packages don't expire. I didn't even want money back, I just wanted to get the services I paid for. But they will just pocket the money for services you never received. They also will not provide you the receipt from their system. They tell you to find it and let them know even though you never received a receipt to begin with. Basically worst customer service. The only reason I went before was because they have decent tans and my friend used to work there so I went to support. No longer the case.
