I have been frequenting Queen Bee since 2021 (and have no idea why I have yet to write a review? Gatekeeping? Who knows). Their facial services are absolutely to die for! Normally I book with Nicole - who has such a lovely sand enjoyable bubbly personality - but I have also seen several other fabulous women here including Mikayla, and Marissa. Every single woman that I have booked with has been very nice and kind, and I have always had a very enjoyable service here. My normal go to facial is the Bee-Spoke Custom Facial ($150 for 60 minutes) and it has helped a lot with the dryness that i experience on my lower face area. The On The Glow Pro Peel facial is also very good, and includes Dermaplaning (which if you've never had, it really does brighten the face!). Every December (my birthday month, which allots you a 10% discount, with ID) I like to treat myself and throw in a Sexy back facial too. Queen Bee also does waxing, which I have not tried, but which I am trying to psych myself up to do. They have a quaint indoor waiting area - but once checked in I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. They also a beautiful outdoor garden area where you are welcome to sit and drink a complementary tea, coffee, or water. It's always such a pleasant experience coming here. Nefertiti has been doing my brows for a while and she is great with that and always does them perfectly. But I decided to try her for a facial and oh my goodness. Booked an appointment for my teen; tech was really nice (Marissa) and made my son and myself at ease since it was his first facial. The only issue my son had was blackheads on the sides of his nose. The appointment was 30 min long, although the website said 45, I thought maybe my son didn't need more than that, but the next day when thing were healed somewhat, I could still see congestion on his nose and roughness. I would say she took about 75% of the blackheads. The following week he had 2 huge and painful zits in the nose area, where he never had them, so that makes me think that she did not disinfect the tools or the area after extracting the black heads. Overall while the spa was cute and everyone was really nice, the results of the facial were not great and I wouldn't recommend this place. Nice sign though! read more

First, Marissa is everything!!! Now, the story: I rarely get pimples - about once every 18 months. So, when I do get them, I panic because they don't play. This time, I had a three headed monstrosity. I asked my usual esthetician if she could fit me in for an emergency extraction because I had an important meeting in seven days and I know my face would need at least three days to heal. My esthetician couldn't fit me in and suggested I dunk my face in baking soda and water. Ummmm. WTF. I still love her. Anyway. I researched estheticians near me that do extractions. The only places that came up were places for botox and fillers. I doubled down on my panic. I expand my search. Everyone is booked. Queen Bee is the fifth place I call. It's Friday but they can fit me in on Tuesday (Lawd, Lawd) which is pushing it because my meeting will be the following Friday. I really need that third day to heal but I'm struggling at this point. I get to Queen Bee and they must have sensed the panic in my soul. They immediately calm me and usher me to Marissa. Marissa was sooooo sweet, calming, and a blessing. My facial was perfect, she also did some sort of magical face/shoulder tension relieving massage thing that was otherworldly, and she totally took care of the GIANT pimple on my face and instructed me on how to care for it when I left.
