Our disposal was locked, Adam arrived and was able to break it loose so we didn't need a new unit…read more He said that we should run the disposal every couple of days to keep it running smoothly. The leak we see from upstairs is probably a plumbing joint that has come loose or a crack in a pipe. Adam said that he would recommend cutting into the ceiling and checking out the piping. Excellent service tech, great company to do business with.

I like using this company alot. First, they always show up when they say they will. Second, their plumbers know what they're doing. Third, their guys have pointed out a couple of potential issues along the way which weren't part of the original scope of work, but nonetheless were pretty helpful to know as a homeowner. I know that pointing out issues is kind of like upselling, but it actually didn't come across as upselling because there wasn't any pressure to do the work. And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. Four stars. Keep them in your contact list just in case!

The worker was great and professional and quick, the ownership here is the problem. Never using this company ever again unless they make things right. Regardless, I would stay away from them and look at others or find someone off Facebook. HUGE RIP OFF!!! PS if you complain about the pricing, they take money off in a second instead of giving you the best and honest price upfront.

Terrible service! This is the second time we used them for backflow testing. No issues the year…read morebefore, so I called them back. Had a service tech come and he passed one backflow and then proceeded to tell me that the second one didn't pass and that it needed to be replace and gave me on site price of over 1800.00 and he could fix right away. We advised we would get back to him. I was charged for the one back flow that they passed and paid. I hired another company for a second opinion and the second unit passed and they told me only thing they would recommend replacing was a rubber lining which we did on spot. This tech from Flamingo was a SCAM trying to push me to get a over 1800.00 unit replaced that didn't need to be. I just got on 7/22/26 an email a month later for an invoice of 100.00 (which wasn't given to me during the time I paid for the one that passed). I'm assuming since I didn't agree to their bill to replace the one they said didn't pass now they decided to send me a bill of 100.00. I was letting this go and wasn't going to address them on their scam tech who came out but now they are trying to invoice me a month later. I called and spoke to a CS manager Kaitlynn who told me they won't take off the 100.00 bill and will send me to collections! Nice customer service skills.I will now make this my business to make sure that they don't do this to anyone else. Service was 6/15/26. Anyone interested on a an excellent backflow testing company who is HONEST contact me and I will forward you their info.

He showed up fully equipped and ready to tackle two full days of labor-intensive work without missing a beat. If you're looking for more than just a handyman and want someone who truly takes pride in their work and delivers great service, Mike is your guy.

I hired this handyman to repair a closet shelving system that had pulled away from the wall which…read morewas being used for ordinary clothing storage and was not overloaded beyond normal household use. He assured me that the repair, including the anchors he installed, would support the weight of the clothing and items normally stored in the closet. Unfortunately, only about a week after the repair was completed, the entire system failed again and collapsed. The shelving and clothing ended up on the floor, creating a significant mess and forcing us to empty the closet once more. When I contacted him, he stated that the anchors he installed had held and that the real issue was that I needed an entirely new closet system. However, this was not what I was told when the repair was performed. Had I been advised from the outset that the existing system could not be safely supported or that a replacement was necessary, I would have appreciated that honesty and made a different decision. What is most disappointing is that despite the repair failing after only a week, he refused to return and evaluate the situation without charging an additional service fee. I understand that not every repair is guaranteed forever. However, when a repair fails within days and the customer relied on the handyman's representation that it would support the intended load, I believe standing behind the work and at least reassessing the situation is reasonable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. **UPDATE: With respect to Mike's response, many of the implications are categorically false, namely, that what is remaining of my closet is still usable and "hanging". The anchors screws, and brackets have bent and are misshaped. He also indicated fixed my toilet for "free" when, in fact, he actually exacerbated the issue and spent no more than a minute looking at the toilet and twisting the float and fill valve. So the contention that he was being generous with his time is unfounded. With respect to the text messages he's alluding to, admittedly, he did indicate he did not warranty his work, but also claimed "I'll also say this, I've never hung any shelving in somebody's called me back later and said that it came down". Moreover, "I can tell you that it's gonna go in with anchors at hold 220 pounds each and there's probably gonna be three or four so outside of that hopefully it lasts a long time". That said, given the estimated weight of the closet was no more than 150 pounds, that was less than 35% of its intended total weight, which should've held it without incident. Moreover, it's only been one week as opposed to two since he performed the job Finally, the mere fact that he wouldn't return to audit the job or two provide structured guidance and repair onsite as a gesture of Goodwill is woefully inadequate.
