When I started having problems with the 74 year old cast iron pipes in my plumbing system I was pretty rattled and my first thought was to call the big name in the industry; it took them three days and three different technicians to arrive at the solution, and their estimate was astronomical. Then I called Trust Rooter and they couldn't have been better. Jose diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. This was not a quick and easy job, it entailed digging (on one of the hottest days this summer!) but Jose and Raul got the job done in a couple of hours. Not only were they proficient and professional, they were the nicest guys I could have asked for. I was so apprehensive about the whole project but Jose and Raul delivered, above and beyond. Fixed my kitchen drain super fast. Only took them like 25 minutes. It was done well so far no issues. Also responsed very fast for service. But I do feel the services were more expensive than I was ready for. Other quotes I had were considerably lower, but these only gave me a quote when they were already at my house and by then I just really needed it fixed. They responded first so I went with them but then other plumbers gave me quotes after for the same job for almost half.
