The place is a little of everything, mainly a bar with a pool room serving exclusively bottled beer. Cash only. All of the animal trophies inside the bar were from the owner's hunting expeditions. They have a corral area that has hosted rodeo events. No doubt this is because the owner was a saddle bronc cowboy. Also located on the property is a gun range. They have an outdoor area by the bar that has a swimming pool should you feel the need. If you want to stay for a few days they have seven full RV hookups. No wifi though.

We drove from Houston to visit local family in Brenham and this used to be where we meet but not anymore unfortunately all thanks to the newley appointed manager Riley. We sat at the bar and watched the Astros game, had 5 beers in about 5 hours and when my wife FINALLY asked for another beer she was denied...Riley had said that she would no longer serve us as she saw signs of intoxication... I'm not sure what she saw ...maybe the talking with other patrons or the feeding of the jukebox, whatever she think she saw we are still in shock to say the least... After we paid our bill we left and our Uncle stood up for us and was also asked to leave. He thought he had built up a repour over the months with the staff but it seems things have changed.

In the past, bartenders have allowed me to quickly sort through the public sets to find three that match in weight. Anyone who actually plays darts knows that using three completely different darts makes it nearly impossible to play properly. I'm not asking for tournament-level equipment -- just three that are consistent. This time, I was told I could not look through the set and that I would just have to take them as-is because they're "free." That hasn't been the standard before, and it was handled in a way that felt dismissive rather than helpful. If there's a new policy, that's fine -- but it should be communicated clearly and consistently. As someone who comes here frequently, it was frustrating to feel brushed off over something that has never been an issue before. I ended up leaving without even playing. I'm not usually one to leave a review but I hope management takes a look at this, because consistency and attitude really matter, especially with regular customers.

Responded to all my calls & texts with pics of tables I was interested in. Now, I'm pretty big on DIY & was initially going to attempt to reassemble, level, & re-felt the table I bought on my own, but that didn't feel right after Paul willingly shared his wisdom & billiard experience for free, so I wanted to give him some business & boy am I glad I did!! The process was much more involved than I anticipated, but Paul made it look quick & easy!! He was very punctual & communicative & let me help him out through the process so I have a better understanding on how it works if/when I do decide to do it myself in the future.
