We designed a custom ring, discussed options, made multiple 3D CAD renderings. When my girlfriend, God bless her, decided to change her opinions at the last minute, Sarah was willing to do the process over according to the new set of specifications. She gave me multiple moissanite stones to choose from and in the end, my fiancée has a ring that she loves. It turns heads and gets complimented all the time. I called him and asked him if he would be able to add my charms while I waited and he did just that. The business is located inside the Joe V's on FM 1960 near Aldine Westfield. When I showed him the charms, he asked me where I wanted them to go on my bracelet and just like that he was finished in less than 10 minutes. I didn't even get a chance to ask a question about it. He then proceeded to point at the wall and said "I have hundreds of those and more in the back. Take your pick." Right before I left he said "do you have the glass dome?" To which I responded yes, and he replied with, "well put it on and leave it on the table because that's all it's good for." I left very soon after and was extremely discouraged. I went to a store and bought some electrical contact cleaner. I worked on the clock and I fixed it. The clock is now running beautifully and smoothly. I wish the employee had at least looked at any of it before saying those words but it does not matter now.

This is a tough review for me to write, and honestly I went back and forth between three and four…read morestars. I recently brought Little Watch Shop a Rolex that needed repair. The crown had fallen off, and there were some additional issues that needed to be addressed. The total repair was around $800. This particular watch is important to me. I bought a new watch when each of my children was born, and this is one of those watches. I purchased it new, still have all the documentation, and have owned it for years. So it has considerably more sentimental value to me than just being a Rolex. The shop itself was professional and communicative. They called me back, kept me informed, and the overall service experience was good. I've dealt with other watch shops that felt inconsistent or even a little sketchy, and I never got that feeling here. Where I'm disappointed is the actual outcome. They weren't able to replace everything with genuine Rolex parts, which I would have strongly preferred, and more importantly, after the repair I was told the watch is no longer water resistant to the point where I should swim with it. That's a pretty significant downside for me. After spending roughly $800 repairing a Rolex, I didn't expect to end up with a watch that I now have to remember to take off before getting into a pool. It changes how freely I can wear a watch that I've worn and enjoyed for years. In hindsight, I probably should have sent it directly to Rolex, particularly given the sentimental value. I may still get a second opinion, although I've already spent the $800. So this is a difficult one. The shop provided good service, communicated well, and I don't have anything negative to say about how I was treated. I'm just disappointed that such an expensive repair left me with a watch that has an important limitation it didn't have before. Four stars for the shop and the service, but probably closer to three stars for how I feel about the end result.

I had to take a nail file to it in order to buff it off as it was too uncomfortable to wear.
