I called and had their salesman come out and was very professional. We completed the deal on March…read more3. The install went very well and it was suggested that I up grade the gas meter if needed. The first time it exercised it was fine. The second time it gave me a fuel fault and after restating it with the help of Generac I had a larger gas meter installed. On May 24 it faulted again with the same code. I called this company and they couldn't help with service because the only tech was off with persona reasons. tell me when it would be serviced. A week later a girl from the company called me and said she had no idea when they could get out here to fix the problem ! I have called a new service company. They will be out on the 6th of this month to repair the issue and take over servicing my unit. This company is USELESS after the sale.
