They changed the logo I gave them without approval and printed it anyway. The shirts they gave me were different shades of the same color from one shirt to the next, and even on the front vs back of the same shirt (they blamed it on the material but the other two places I have gone through didn't have a problem. They offered to reprint them all and told me I would have them on time for my event on Saturday the 4th. I called on Friday the 3rd to ask about picking them up and they had not even begun to print them because they still couldn't get the color right. They never bothered to tell me and I was left with not shirts for my event. I asked for a refund and was put off several times. Finally got the refund two weeks later after many phone calls and emails (which they never responded to).

There were so many one of a kind custom shirts to commemorate the evening, including a ridiculously good caricature of Steve! He will now live forever in shirt form :) Igor also does lots of events, and told me of a request in which he was asked to make a shirt with a 'banana-man riding a dragon'! Fortunately with his kickass skills he was able to make that creative idea a reality in mere moments! His talents are legit. All donations went directly to CIRC, and depending on the amount of your donation, you could also get one of their many beautiful printed posters. The screen print was excellent, with vibrant colors. Staff & volunteers were amazing. They had a printout with care instructions for the screen print. Ink Lounge is always paired up with other businesses or non-profits to screenprint for a cause. Follow on social media to keep updated on events. Ink Lounge also does workshops, posters, and art prints. I hope to delve into screen printing and take a workshop with my bestie to continue supporting this incredible business.
