Phone was taken from box and replaced with a non usable old phone with leaking battery. Obviously it was taken from some employee from ups. My fault. I did not add additional insurance. UPS paid me what they insure the package for. Not really fair The phone was taken and switched out with a piece of junk. There is a thief amongst the ups organization. It is what it is. I guess I should be happy that I got something. One problem is. They place a sticker on the box saying there is a battery inside package. With a small box it kind of tells the thief there could be a phone in the box. Shippers be aware. Again the store is nice and friendly. I am just unhappy that I wasn't paid what the phone and otterbox cover was worth sine they stole my phone
