Great customer service. I wanted Weather tech floor mats for my vehicle. He looked them up and…read moresuggested the non roll that they also manufactured and told me they were the same price. I ordered and paid and a few days later, I was called and told they had come in. I went in, and a very nice young man installed them and said he would trash the boxes for me if I wanted him to. So happy with my new mats. I will definitely do business with this company again!

The process to install took around an hour or so. Pretty happy with the customer service and the install. (I didn't drive my truck the next week because I was in the field so less than a 100mi driven) After a week, I was driving with my fiancé to a buddies house and my cruise control didn't shut off. I pulled in to my buddies and had a bite to eat. After the night was finished, we got in my truck to leave and my truck didn't out of park. I unplugged the battery to see in there was a computer system problem but no luck. After further investigation and tapping on the brakes to see if the broke lights came on the pedal dropped to the floor. I looked down at the pedal and it had completely came off the brake rod. I assembled the brake pedal together but there was no retaining pin. I looked around for it and no luck. (I was a certified break mechanic back before the army) I had to buy the pin but it was stuck at my buddies house for a few days. I called the shop and asked about their process. They assured me that they didn't take the system apart. I won't play the blame game. Just remember to look over all work done on your vehicle. This could have been a life and death situation with not having brakes. Luckily it wasn't for my fiancé and me. The dash was disassembled to make the process faster and I saw a review how a customer gotten her dash cracked. (I am very tight on time) I didn't work on the remote before going there and remote start was brand new. The vehicle has been inspected every year. by a certified mechanic. Response was unprofessional and delusionary.

I called the guy that installed it and he said bring it back to see what was the issue. Go back there they looked at it and the sub was torn. So another heavy set guy came out and asked me what I did to it. I said nothing but listen to it. I never touched the sub they installed it. I never asked for my money, I just wanted it replaced because it could have just been a defective sub. So the guy told me that he wasn't in the business of losing money and I said neither am I. So he goes on ranting and raving. I remained calm but was getting a lil nervous because I'm a wheelchair user and I wouldn't been able to defend myself if needed and the guy knew that but I kept my phone in hand to call the police because he was getting a lil irate. So I explained to him that I didn't want any issues and we finally came up with a solution that ended up him taking the sub out and me getting my money back. But this series of events could have been avoided because all I wanted was a working sub but this guy insisted that I was out to get him in some way but this was not the case. Simply has a bad sub that was purchased from crunk yard all they had to do was replace it and both parties would have been satisfied. This is the worst customer I ever experienced at a car audio place in Columbus. So, I thought that was the end of it so I drive over the custom car audio of Columbus GA to get a sub since at that point I didn't have one and I spoke with Mike, great guy by the way and I told him I needed a sub and what type of sound I was looking for and he matched the perfect sub for what I wanted and proceeded to installed and found a major issue. He found that whoever uninstalled the last sub taped the amp and speaker wires together. Lucky for me that my truck did not catch a fire or blow the amp or fuses. Unjust don't prosper. Crunkyard this was very unprofessional to sabotage my wiring and audio system but what goes around comes around. karma is real.

We've been unable to really use this system since it's installation, because it goes off for no…read morereason. When that happens, the city fire department or police show up. Then they give you a ticket for a false alarm. The first excuse my husband received months ago from the guy who installed it, who I believe is the owner, was "there may be dust in the air setting it off." He did not come to the house to investigate the problem, so he really had no idea what was causing it. Additionally, since our system is supposed to be pet-friendly, the motion sensors that supposedly don't detect dogs probably shouldn't be activated by dust particles. What an incredibly lame excuse. Fast forward to last week, when I was once again awoken by a smoke alarm going off for no reason. I tried to return a missed verification call to the monitoring service to tell them not to make a report to the authorities. I missed the initial call as I was running around looking for a nonexistent fire. The return number left on my voicemail sent me to a telemarketing company. That's not sketchy at all... As I ran around looking for an alternative working number, the Fire Department arrived. Excellent. When I called the installer, upset at the continuing problems & firemen in my driveway, he made the last excuse I could bear. This time, he said the alarm went off "likely because the house was settling." Unbelievable. We paid $800 for an alarm installation plus additional monitoring service charges, for a system that cannot be used, because it just randomly goes off with no cause if you ever turn it on. Over several months, Security One didn't fix the system or even send a representative to our home to examine the issue. On this last call, since I made it clear I was really fed up, the installer did finally offer to come out to check the problem (AFTER blaming it on the house settling, WTH), but it was too late. Should have been handled ages ago, before we alienated all city emergency services with a faulty system that perpetually cries wolf. We switched to Xfinity. $300 (versus $800 with Security One) install which included outdoor security cameras, which we did not get with Security One, accessible via our cell phones, and so far, it works perfectly. Amazingly, while it's turned on, the new system does not randomly emit distressing siren sounds while pointlessly contacting the authorities over nonexistent emergencies. Cancelled service through Security One, though we are out $800 plus monitoring charges for something that never worked. What does the installer care, the money is already in his pocket. Total waste of time and money, and thanks to them, I'm pretty sure our house is on the s***list with the local authorities. 2 stars instead of 1, because the monitoring company did dependably report all (false) notifications to the appropriate agencies.

OK so I am very apprehensive about even writing a review here of someone who knows my home address…read moreand every detail of my security system. Friendly guy named Chris something, had a lot of knowledge, seemed to be on the up and up. The system installed was the cheapest possible chinese crap on the market and yes, the monitoring is the lowest available in Atlanta. You will get exactly what you pay for here. Except of course, the $800 installation for $60 worth of useless plastic crap stuck to the wall in various places with double sided tape. The alarm had two motion sensors that were supposed to be OK with dogs under a certain weight which our dogs are. They, of course, continually went off every time they were activated so we haven't been able to use them since installed. The smoke alarms just go off on their own at random times and cause quite a stir. Usually around 3:00 AM. The control pad (with a design straight from the 80's - 1880's) always has some sort of error code on it and every time we try to activate it, it just starts doing whatever it wants and has to be turned off. Every time we call about these problems, the guy is nice but its always some problem with our house or the way we use it or whatever. Anything it takes to avoid any responsibility for the horribly low grade equipment used and not to have to come out and look at it or adjust it. Always my fault. This time, after explaining to Atlanta Fire one more time why our house isn't burning even though our alarm said it was, Id had enough of this crappy equipment and my wife called to raise hell. Voicemail, answering service, excuses, actually got into an argument on the phone with this guy. Im not interested in excuses, come out and visit the house and adjust this crap so it quits waking my family up at 3:00 AM with false alarms or just take it out and refund my $800 install fee (ridiculous in todays market).
