Decided to give them a shot because my cell phone stopped charging. They diagnosed the problem that it was the battery. So got it fixed for $50 (included labor), which I thought was reasonable. When i received cell back it wouldn't charge. Took cell back during warranty period, then they say it was charging port. They said they couldn't do job nor did they offer refund or anything to make up for their error. At first the customer service was great but after paying it seemed like they could care less after being paid. It's unfortunate because they could of had a lot of referrals. I'm the type of guy that always drop my phone and regardless of protection or not, it always ends up cracked or broken. I was at my girlfriend's house when I dropped my phone. I went to multiple locations around the area and they all couldn't assess the problem or it was too expensive. Finally, i came by Custom Repair Tech which was next to some tutoring place. Although, they are located on the 2nd floor, this is the absolute best repair tech shop I've ever been to. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen; it was like I was at Disneyland. First, I asked one of the guys to assess my phone, and it seemed like he taught me how to fix the phone. Both of the guys that work there were very professional and informative. When they told me the total cost of fixing the phone using the original manufacture parts, I was super shocked. It was half the price of the previous location I went to and I'm not sure if the other location were going to use aftermarket parts or not! I asked them if I should come back and pick up my phone at a later time. They told me that they could fix it right on the spot. So when I was browsing the shop, I noticed that they also offer other services as well including cell phone accessories, custom decals/signs, and t-shirts. I ended up buying a couple of cases including a warriors case for my brother because he is a huge NBA fan. They actually finished fixing the phone before I finished browsing the store. ALSO, they attached a FREE, I repeat a FREE, temper glass screen protector after fixing my phone. I would totally recommend EVERYBODY to this shop. So I came here to fix a cracked screen. Guy changed it, few days later he had to go back and have him fix it again because the speaker on the phone wasn't working properly. He fixed it AND THEN his touch screen didn't work started glitching and the whole phone went completely Black wouldn't even turn on! We took the phone to another spot where they said the screen was bad and blew out his mother board and he had missing screws! When we went back to this place to see what he can do for him he said it wasn't his problem it's an Apple problem now . What a waste of 100 bucks fixing this screen! Don't come here!!! My rear camera stopped working after I got it stuck between the car door, so I went to the Apple Store, and they said it would be $60. Then when they diagnosed it, they said they would have to replace the phone and it would cost $320 dollars. My brother-in-law recommended me to go to this store and I was able to get it fixed fora fraction of what Apple originally said. It also was fixed really quickly. So I had broken my screen on my iPhone plus. Started looking around for places to repair it with good reviews locally. Asked the guy if the replacement would be OEM, he said yeah. Me not knowing much about phones take it to him. He first blames the phone itself was a bit bent and wasn't sure if the new screen would fit well. I said ok that's fine, again not knowing about what actually can be done. He then gives me my phone, my fingerprint didn't work, it worked before I took the phone. He told me it was 20 bucks to fix and I said ok. Then he tells me after doing research it's not possible to replace. I take my phone to another shop just a week ago since the cheap LCD/screen finally gave out.. The other shop told me all the mess that he did. Ripped out my fingerprint(which is the reason why it doesn't work anymore) a lot of bolts were missing. Leaving this review as people like this is the reason why most people are skeptical about iPhone repair places. Don't waste your time and take it else where. read more

I was very worried how my iPhone 6 could not be saved because of how shattered my screen was. I couldn't even attempt to use it because when I moved my fingers gently across the screen, tiny glass fragments were poking me. There were also some areas on the screen that the glass shards dented in more than others so the screen color was distorted. So I was stressed out because I dropped my iPhone 6 last night and shattered the screen. Since I use it for business I was in a rush to have it repaired. I was referred by a friend that had his phone repaired by Frances and Jason pretty recently and he was very happy with their work. I called at 10am to get a quote , and was told it would be $80 to replace the screen. Was happy with the quote so I told them I would be in about 11:45 to have the work done. It was a little hard to see their office because they are up on the 2nd floor, but their prices are definitely the best around and they do great work. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, $80 to replace my screen and they also put a screen protector on for "free". If you are looking for great customer service and all around trust worthy guys to work on your electronics, I highly recommend Frances & Jason.
