We are so grateful for Robert. We contacted him when our air conditioner went out and he drove 2 1/2 hours the following day (on a Sunday) to diagnose it. First of all took him a few days to show up. Our leak was never fixed, it was actually worse after he cut several places of water line near our water pump. He started by butchering up our under belly saying it was our fresh water tank leaking, I knew it was not the problem because we never use our fresh water tank. I kept sending videos of the lines coming from the water pump showing him the leaks, he said he would be back out. And never showed back up. He charged us over $500 and never came back when I noticed we were still leaking. We gave him more time to come back and make it rite, he never showed. We called Epling rv services they came directly out, fixed our leaks. Do yourself a favor and do not use Custom Rv Services!! He should reimburse our money for not fixing our leaks and actually made more issues with the butchering he did to our water lines from the water pump and our underbelly. read more

Per my experience with this company. We where told they be out to fix our awing and frige. Waiting for over 40 days. Not showing up when promised. Unprofessional communication and lack of communication. Late charge on bill before job completed. Buyers beware. read more

Unfortunately we used Robert twice, round 1 was fine, round 2 was unfortunately a less than professional experience. We paid $1,800 up front July 11th 2025, we just got access to our shower again this past week or end of October. Our ceiling was damaged, the wrong parts ordered, parts that arrived were cut too short so tons of caulk used when it should be replaced, drill holes and damage to the new shower wall, leaks happened while we waited months for the repair to be done, final work and finishing was done terrible with wall paper that needs redone as it is sticking out, main shower wall is now concaved with no caulk or anything holding it, you can push it in anywhere as it is not braced. Every time he comes back out it gets worse or something else is damaged or we lose assess to our shower. I asked to meet him face to face twice to go over our concerns and his reply is he is going to sue for the remainder he feels he is owed from his original $2500 quote. We can take a shower but the bathroom $1800 later probably needs another $1500 to get it back to normal. Robert is not a true professional, he is unhinged and will only threaten you. I have a text history with someone that sounds like a madman. He did not have the skill set for the job he bid on. You were warned! He is not stable and a bit unwell. I will be adding texts and photos of his "completed work". Get some help! You are obviously falling apart based on recent reviews. read more

A driver of this company ran my brother off of the road. When messaged, very politely might I add, the owner was rude, inconsiderate and flat out unprofessional in his responses. He tried to flip the blame around onto my brother stating my brother cut him off which was absolutely not the case. Since he was rude my brother called the highway patrol to report the incident. The patrol man handling the case stated that you couldn't see my brothers car in the video...This gentleman is clearly not an honorable person and I'd not do business with them. If this is how he handles issues I'd hate to see what happens when something is wrong with a customers vehicle. read more

My furnace failed in the dead of winter and Robert not only came out to troubleshoot the problem after hours, but he also handled the paperwork for my warranty claim, and fixed the issue within a day and a half. He's very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and has great communication. I definitely recommend using him for all of your scheduled and unscheduled maintenance RV items and issues. read more

We had two tires blow on our travel trailer on our way home today. We were in a boatload of trouble until Robert from Custom RV Services and Repair saw us on the side of I-70 and stopped to help. He drove my husband to NTB and helped change the tires and didn't charge us a thing. There are still good people out there and Robert seems to be one of them! read more
