Would give no stars if possible. Bought golf cart and added back seat. They did not put heavy duty springs on, so when you put someone on back seat it rubbed the back of the body on the tires still under warranty took them a year to fix. Then needed side piece replaced been waiting sense may. They forgot to call that part was in, came to fix it didn't have the tools they needed, gave a date they would be back was a no call no show, came back a 3rd time cut the piece wrong have to reorder. Needless to say i am going through a different company. read more

Poor experience with a senior sales associate. We agreed on a specific golf car and price but I left without purchasing that day to order additional accessories online so that I can have mid Ohio add those accessories to my new car and Include the installation services to the bottom line. During that timeline the car was sold to someone else which wasn't necessarily an issue but the same agreement was no longer considered for the same car on the showroom. I eagerly wanted to make a purchase but for some odd reason communication from this associate was abruptly cut off. I was alarmed how insignificant my money was to them and that there was no opportunity to negotiate a new/similar deal. A very odd experience. read more

We tried to purchase a new Yamaha golf car this week. They could not pull it off. I called and was transferred to Tim the "salesman" I was blown off and promised a return call that never came. I called a total of three times trying to obtain information on the golf car, all without success. The next day, I called and asked for the owner and spoke to Rick. He was much better on the phone and we reached an agreement. I told him I would pay cash and stop by Saturday for pick-up. I was told they would call later to finish up the sale. Tim called back and told me he would immediately send a photo of the golf car and then scan and email the paperwork (Covid-you know). Tim took both my phone number and e-mail and repeated it back to verify. Nothing was sent and I have never heard back from them. Messages to Rick to call have been ignored. If they are this bad on a simple cash sale, how horrible would it be on future service? We should not have to work this hard as customers to give businesses our time, loyalty and money. read more

Had a verbal agreement with the manager Morgan, offered to give my credit card and put money down to put a hold on it, she said it was not necessary she would write down my information and that would be good enough. We agreed on a price and time the next day and she put a hold on it. One hour later she called me and said she sold it to someone else. That is not how you do business, very rude, I would not recommend doing business with a company who has a manager that conducts business in this way. Many other companies that are a pleasure to work with. read more
