I quit yelp and logged on to handle something, saw this review sitting in my incomplete reviews and decided to do him a solid and post it even though I despise this site now. I honestly can't say enough good things. They can tow you if you need (through other companies they contract with), they are extremely pleasant, have stayed a few minutes late when I was rushing over after work, etc. Always able to get you in and out quickly as well. If you are looking for an honest and reliable mechanic, Nate is one. Oh, they're also veterans for those of you that care about that sort of thing. There are images from several people's years of service adorning the walls, and one appears to have Nate in it, or it may be his father, I'm not sure. Anyway, just class A people doing good work. I highly recommend going with a shop that's associated with your insurance so if anything is wrong the insurance will help you out with making sure your vehicle is properly serviced. Forgot to mention that I also had a decent amount of parts missing and there are multiple pictures of the same thing because I had to go back multiple times and I took them each time I had to go back.

I was a little…read morecautious after reading the one star review here on Yelp but decided to check this place out and a few others. I pulled in and went to the door and Mike (the owner) greeted me. I explained I was pricing for some detailing and was just stopping by. He quoted a price after looking at my car and mentioned he could get a lot of the scratches out and do the complete detail package. He offered to get me in the next day. I said I did need a couple days I would be in touch. I called back earlier this week, set a time, and confirmed price. We did have to adjust time from 11am to Noon drop off on Saturday (yesterday) due to scheduling but I was cool with that. I went with the Extreme Shine package which was the works. Mike did call into the work to let me know that a some of the scratches were too deep to come out. In the end it looked so much better and visibly that is understandable. Total time was roughly 3 1/2 hours for the job. Really personable and love supporting small business. Mike and Tami (his wife) did all the work for this detailing and I was not disappointed. Sure I would have loved for some of those deeper scratches to have come out but even I could see they were so deep in the paint. They did an amazing job. Inside looks like new and the outside looks great too. This is a more casual shop and small business and not the same as the larger shops where you are just a number. I totally appreciate this kind of service and business. I also enjoyed the personable conversation and visible work ethic. I would recommend and will be using again.

I called and talked to AJ who was very friendly and helpful. After seeing that Car Nation had several positive online reviews, I decided to drive 2.5 hours to check it out. The sales experience with AJ was excellent. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy. During the test drive, I noticed one of the rear power windows didn't work. AJ had a technician inspect it and assured me it just needed a new switch. He promised to ship the replacement part to me and assured me they would "make it right" if that didn't solve the issue. I received the new switch, but after installing, the problem persisted. I reported this to AJ, but communication faltered, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue failed. After several weeks of not hearing back I called Car Nation and spoke to a different employee who informed me that AJ no longer worked there. After explaining the situation he said there was nothing they could do, citing warranty expiration. I clarified that I wasn't seeking warranty coverage but rather expected resolution for a known issue at the time of purchase, as initially promised. However, he reiterated that there were no further options available. I took the risk of purchasing the vehicle before the issue was resolved and paid the price! It cost me $580 to have the window motor replaced at my local dealership. Lesson learned: I won't buy another vehicle from Car Nation simply because they didn't keep their word. :-\
