I actually clicked on the button on Yelp that says request a quote. So I clicked on it in about 3 days I received an email from Joe the owner. He had all the prices of various jobs for my yard. So of course I was skeptical at first. I thought to myself that was to easy and the prices were normal not over inflated! So I put it on the back burner. Then the next day Joe the owner and operator called me and left a voicemail. He went over everything with me and he was very detailed in explaining everything. He gave me a timeline for getting the work done based on his availability, which was a few weeks out. He was available a week early, called the night before to confirm it was okay to do the job early, and then arrived on time the next day. He was careful with his equipment not to damage my yard (the chipper was huge), and he chipped all the material within a few hours. I want to comment on his clean-up as I have never had another contractor do such a fantastic job. My yard, and the four areas with the very large piles of dead trees were spotless. He did a much better job cleaning that I could have done on my best day. No little twigs, no leaves, and no damage to the grass that was under the pile. Spotless.
