Jay and his team even had to deal with inclement weather during the build, and they didn't delay it, cleaned up the area entirely, and didn't bother my neighbors at all. From the beginning the gate which was very expensive and supposedly very sturdy, blew open after every bit of wind. It no longer shuts right and we have spent upwards of 1,000 to have it fixed. They broke through my driveway where the fence is, put the wrong hinges and latch on and now I am being told by another fence company that the gates are too wide and the wrong hinges and latch are on the gate. Even with a stronger latch the gate barely shuts and is totally out of alignment. The only solution is to have the gates remade for another 1,400. These were put in in April 2023. For 4000 dollars for just the gates and an area of fence, you might think they would last. Nope. And they dont stand behind their product.Do not use them. I have a friend who also used them because of me and they are experiencing problems also with the gate. Also my vinyl fence gates are not right at all. They hardly open and close. ​

Fabio responded quickly and professionally when I reached out about a fence estimate. I was hopeful that these qualities would stay true throughout the project, however there was a dramatic shift in his attitude and responsiveness once the contract was signed and the money was handed over. While I appreciate how quickly the (partial) job was done by the team, working with the North Fence proved to be overall a very stressful and disappointing experience. Fabio was hard to reach throughout the duration of the project and broke multiple deadlines he himself set for sending important estimates that affected decisions that needed to be made in regards to the project (as it was happening). This led to parts of our fence being installed incorrectly against our wishes despite my reaching out to him repeatedly to try and get the (past due) estimates. He also repeatedly broke promises that were made before the start of the project. While he did provide a small discount for some of the work that was left incomplete as well as his unprofessional lack of communication, he later used the discount that was provided for one part of the job being left unfinished in order to make excuses and avoid completing other aspects of the project. He even tried making the excuse that "we can always move things when we replace another part of your existing fence" This was quite the statement to hear after our first (and only) experience with him. While all of this was enough to leave a sour taste in our mouths, the true cherry on top was we received a text from Fabio claiming that his team left after they briefly knocked on the door and didn't get an answer so the project was left without doing a final walkthrough. There was no attempt to contact either my husband or I by phone despite this being the primary form of communication throughout the duration of the project. As soon as we received this text, we walked through the "completed" project and sent Fabio a text pointing out multiple tasks that were agreed upon before the signing of the contract that were left unfinished. He said he'd send a tech to address the issues the following day. There was no window of arrival provided and we were never asked to be present for his arrival. I was very surprised and honestly horrified when Fabio felt it was appropriate to give me a call while I was at work to scold us for not being available to do a walkthrough with the tech and how he just "wanted to get it over with" and didn't want to have a "repeat of yesterday". As if it was our fault that his techs did not complete the job or make any attempt to actually reach us while we were available. Overall, I would not recommend this company in any way, shape, or form to anyone who values honesty and professionalism.

Before we started the project, he offered different solutions on site to make sure we understand our options and help us save money. I then got to finalize my pick of the color and styles with him with different quotes he offered. Lastly, Fabio was very responsive to our questions and effectively preformed small fixes that we requested after the installation. The final product looks beautiful. Once I joined them he never introduced himself and he never made eye contact with me. He left saying he would send us an estimate. When he left I told my husband I didn't think he was interested in the job. 10 days later I left him a phone message asking if he was going to submit an estimate and asked that he return my call. Never heard from him. Even if he considered this too small of a job for him, the professional thing to do would have been to return my call and at least let us know. Reliable Fence is not a good company…read more They didn't have a foreman at the site. The crew couldn't communicate with neighbors and didn't know the property lines. Crew put their installation equipment on my fence without even asking me. The police had to be called since they had no staking of property lines. Reliable doesn't respect property lines of neighbors or do any due diligence before installing the fence. They rely on a their contract to have no accountability for important issues of property lines and permits. When I was shopping for a fence years ago, I didn't pick Reliable Fence since cheap fencing material. They broke the noise ordinance and worked 2 hours past the deadlines. Reliable Fence Management was not concerned about breaking the rules. Just as they were not concerned with ensuring property owner staked the property boundaries. Reliable Fence Management had no concern for their staff and sent them out to work in a storm with 20 to 50 mile hour winds with large trees near the installation area. Reliable Fence was reported to the department of labor for their unsafe work practices. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst Fence Company with lack of accountability. poor quality of materials, and no oversight of the workers.
