I'm very disappointed with this company. I spend close to one hour working with one of their representatives and placed an order for 50 shirts. he ensured I would have my shirts by June 6th. when I sent him an email to check on the status of shirts he told me he did not print the shirts. claiming I did not pay a down payment. Not only did he not tell me I needed to pay %50 down he did not even has enough customer courtesy to give me call to secure a deposit. It was 3hours prior to needing he shirt did he tell me there were no shirts. And the manager did absolutely nothing to offer a solution. Poor customer service very disappointed. read more

I have been doing business with custom Shirts and Signs for about eight years. In fact started with them before they moved to their present , more expansive facility. I have had large banners, t-shirts, QR code decals, and "sign-a-bond" and car signage products printed from them. In fact, I am now awaiting for a special, meticulously custom detailed three foot round sign-a-bond printout for my company prize-wheel. Adam is in charge of this project. Sadie is in charge of another special company project. If these guys, rather my go to print team were a bunch of "jive-ass" knuckleheads, I certainly wouldn't be giving them my business. They could be perhaps a bit more smiling. I get all my projects done on time, at a price I can afford, most of all artwork assistance which enhances my knowledge in the industry and takes my company concepts to fresher, newer professional heights. Buyer beware...be specific spend an extra moment or two detailing your order. The process can be made interesting but you'll never go wrong! read more

The custom signs staff is always welcoming and happy to help and their prices are very affordable. 10/10 would recommend!

we are a local youth sports org.. we thought we would stay local and what a mistake.. Adam helped us our, nice kid but very lost at times and I was worried the second I left.. I should have listened to my gut.. I brought in a physically jersey and showed him what we wanted .. their prices were the same as Nike factory but it's okay it's local and quick.. again should of listened to my gut.. I show up and NO NUMBERS ON THE BACK.. they charged me the same price as other competitors but only half the work.. what kind of sports team doesn't have numbers on the back on their jerseys ?? After confronting Adam, he said I thought you just said the front.. I brought in the jersey and showed you.. their "fix" to the mistake was to pay from the expedited shipping of material and charge me 1k for what I ordered .. load of crap.. now I got little kid , refs and parents asking me why numbers are not on the back ... I think these guys are doing something in there to make them forget stuff .. sketchy vibes . Stay clear ! read more

I need a new signs for my trailer. I was looking for metal because it is an open trailer. I contacted Custom Signs and shirts and spoke with Adam. I informed him that I was looking for a metal sign to hang on the back of my trailer. He let me know that they don't carry metal signs however they carried something called sign a bond. He assured me that this would be just as strong as metal and would suit my purposes. Unfortunately this turned out to be a lie. I received the signs and I mounted them on my trailer they were very secure. Unfortunately the first time I went on the interstate with them they flew off like paper. Every bolt was left in place every washer every nut that held it on except the signs went flying down the highway. It took over a week for me to get Adam to reply to my phone call when he said he'd call by end of day. When I finally reached him he chuckled that I had had difficulty getting through to him. I let that slide and asked him what he could do since I've been waiting over a week to find out what he was going to be able to do for me. He let me know that because they didn't mount it they wouldn't offer me any discount and that all they could do would be to reprint the decals and I could put them on my own materials at my own cost and time. If I had the metal material to begin with I never would've had to contact these people. I'm sad I spent my money with them this was a business expense I didn't want to lose but I guess I did. However, I did learn something, these people don't care about their customers. read more
