Many places wouldn't give prices/estimates over the phone, but K Shoe did and although a little higher than others they had great views and sometimes you get what you pay for! Not only did the shoes look great, but they knew I had a flight to catch in a few days and finished my shoes 2 days earlier than what they original quoted me. Just be careful that the price they give you can easily increase depending on what material and additional fixes you have done.

It had glue all over it. Had a snap added, he couldn't even center it. He just over charged me! When I brought the bag in for him to fix it and get all the glue off of it, he didn't seem interested in fixing. His wife works up front and went in the back with the bag and he decided to fix it then. I was told it would take a day and they would call me. No call! I stopped in 3 days later. I will never bring anything to this shop again! I also will never recommend this shop to anyone. His work is horrible and he ruined me bag!

It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area. Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area. Otherwise, it's a company that offers a service I do like, so I will come back even with the warts involved.

Upon calling, we spoke with Charlie, who stated he would be glad to take a look at our furniture, but rather than have us trek across town, he simply needed some photos in order to give us a quote. After receiving the quote, which we felt was very fair, we had Charlie Horner effect a repair. We could not be happier with the quality of the repair. Actually we were AMAZED at the quality of the repair and wish to commend Mr. Horner for saving us hundreds of dollars by not having to purchase a new chair. Believe the photos speak for themselves, his quality of work is unparalleled. As an aside, Mr. Horner proved to be one of the most personable people we've ever met.
