I used Bartman Enterprises to print T-shirts with our company logo. I provided them the same…read morephotoshop file that I used with a different shop in the past. When I picked up the shirts the colors did not look right so I compared them to both a shirt previously printed at another shop and also the photoshop file. The old shirt and the photoshop file match perfectly but the shirts printed by Bartman do not match. I have tried to contact them by email on 5/12/2023, 5/16/2023 and 5/16/2023. No response has been received from them. I also went to the store in person and showed them the difference in color. The man claimed that I must have given them the wrong photoshop file. I suppose he did not expect me to be able to open the photoshop file to check. But it was the correct file. They just somehow printed the wrong colors. In the picture you can see how different the colors are. The left is how it is supposed to look with a burgundy but in the right, it is almost pink. Hopefully this review helps others when having shirts printed so they can use a shop that stands behind their work. In my opinion and experience Bartman Enterprises does not.
