The installation was scheduled just a few days later. We had both the inside and outside units replaced. The crew arrived around 9:00 a.m. and finished shortly after 2:00 p.m. One of the heater components that was delivered was incorrect, but we were informed that the technician would return with the correct part. The installers were friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. I chatted with them a few times throughout the day, and they worked efficiently to get everything completed. The installation also included a new thermostat, with the cost. Now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that our electric bill will drop significantly.
