The only review you will ever need to read! When I chose to employ Adrian's services it was because there was only one review. And that review basically stated that you were going to be charged an honest price for an honest days work. I had discovered that my home's power bill was three times higher than any of my neighbors. And always significantly hotter in my house all day every day. I live in South Florida. To sum it up: it would take three hours for the temperature in any given room of my house to move 1°. I have nest data to prove it. It is important to know that I have three small children. The youngest being seven weeks. The reason I bring that up is because I was quoted by a company who knew I had three small children the day before I contacted Adriane at $1700. an outrageous price. What needed to be done was simple, and just forgotten to be completed by the builder of the home 4 years ago. It shouldn't have cost more than $200 in material and a few hundred dollars in labor. I contact Adriane, I sent him a video of what my situation is. And he quotes me right there on the spot a much more reasonable fee. I want it understood, that he knew he could charge me significantly more because my children are in the video. And that's what I feel a lot of these companies do, they size you up and your situation and charge you based on that. My house was genuinely in the upper 70s closer to 80s all day every day and there was nothing I could do about it with the air conditioner running 18 hours a day. When Adrian and his brother arrived today, I explained the situation. Gave them all my knowledge, and we had a conversation on the best way to move forward. From that moment on, Adrian did everything that needed to be done and then some. He took the time to make sure the foam stuff was piled right under the coils in my attic. So a problem, I have been suffering from for four years and on a daily basis that has caused my power bill to be more than five times any of my neighbors, to say nothing of the uncomfortability of my wife and three small children is now gone. After all of Adriane's hard work, and his brother's hard work. They cleaned up every single solitary thing that they did. You would never have even known they were here. Which is incredible considering the amount of work they did in four hours. When everything was done, if Adriane had said to me "look I know I quoted you this, but look what we really did and that's a lot more, etc...." I would have understood a price increase. But there was none of that. The price quoted, was the price honored. It wasn't even brought up. And I was shocked. Between the quality of the work, the communication, and just the honesty makes me give this a 100 star review. Going forward all maintenance work that I have will go through this company. read more

I needed to find an honest, serious and responsible company that would be able to change my entire AC system, as well as its ducts and install a split in the guest house and my brother-in-law recommended Adrian to me. The only problem was the distance because He lives in St Lucie, Florida and I live in Naples, Florida and I wasn't sure if he wanted to drive three hours away. The truth is, his response surprised me by telling me that he could do all the work of replacing my old AC with a new one and replace all the ducts and install the split in the guest house and here I tell you my experience with Adrian. The AC units are so quiet and have no trouble at all against these high degree humid Florida days I bought this unit five months ago. Definitely recommend this unit. Best Air conditioner that I have had. Price is high but you get features that other AC do not have. Having the house stay at same temp all day and night makes it very relaxing. Lennox top-line system, I bought it for the quiet. It was worth the money. This is a continuously variable speed system, it is so much quieter than the other one that I had before. I plan to have this one as long so I bought more quiet and features. The temperature in the home is much more stable. Adrian replaced all of the old AC ducts in my house while installing my new AC system and did so with great success. Previously all the ducts were down and took up all the space on the attic floor, he lifted them up and placed them in a very orderly manner that now I have space to walk throughout my attic without a problem and if I wanted to put a room in it, I I can do. I am very grateful for his great work and organization in working as well as his skill and knowledge. I am very happy with the services provided by this great technician Adrian. Adrian is very hard working, he is extremely professional, prompt, highly knowledgeable, reliable, is a person who takes care of his customers,and no pressure. Even though Adrian did not install this system he analyzed the issue within minutes and came prepared with a module replacement for indoor air handler motor. After replacing the module, system worked immediately. He knew from experience that certain manufacturers have this problem and only the module and not the whole motor needed replacement. read more
