Really bad experience from start to finish. Susan missed meetings we set. I sent photos and descriptions of the monogramming I wanted for handkerchiefs--three letters in corner of each hanky. The finished product wasn't even close. The monogramming was basically in the middle of the hanky. Susan "offered" to redo the work but charge me again for it. Not much of an offer, especially since I'd have to buy new hankies. Would not recommend to anyone. read more
