i have purchased numerous jerseys from these guys over the years and they have always been on point. shipping lead times are way too long but you can get genuine jerseys from the era of your choosing. I have always been happy until now. i have no idea why they are ghosting me. i placed an order on 10/31/25 and they have noted a 5-6 week lead time which means they should have at least shipped by 12/12/25. i reached out on 1/9/26 (four weeks after their longest projected lead time) and no answer. i emailed again multiple times without answers on 1/19/26 and 1/22/26. i called numerous times between 1/9/26 and 1/22/26 and left voicemails that were not returned. i even text the number i found in a review from this site numerous times and never got a reply. i have reported fraud to my card service company for this charge and have already been refunded. i hope everyone who has issues with Custom Throwback Jersey's reports them to the card services so the company can either get their act together or be removed from card services contracts. and if this is a "I hate America, their president, and their tariff's" game because they are based in Canada, all they needed to do was cancel my order or charge me the tariff. ghosting customers who have paid in advance for a service or item deserve to stay in communication regarding their purchases. maybe they hate me because I'm from LA and i ordered a Dodger jersey and we just beat the Blue jays in the World Series. :) read more

I received my jersey almost 2 weeks late, and the jersey itself is terrible quality. The stitching is very spaced out, the sizing is too small, and these are NOT authentic Majestic products as advertised. They also look nothing like what is pictured on their website, at least for what I ordered. Completely wasted my money because I can't wear it. read more

To the company's credit, they sent me an email requesting my review. This is what I posted (which was truly my experience), and this was the response. Unbelievable! My review: "I had a terrible experience with calling in trying to get a different size. First, no one answered the phone and after leaving multiple voice mail messages, no one called me back. When I finally "caught" someone live on the phone, they were very unhelpful saying there weren't any other sizes available, but "try again in a few months." I said "screw that" and hung up. Horrible experience." The response, received within 15 minutes: "Thanks....glad you luv the jersey !!!" No thanks, never again. Their customer service totally sucks and they obviously don't care. Placed an order for a Jersey using their mobile app and was surprised to get an email the next day that my jersey needed to be custom made and would be several weeks before I would get it. I had been sold a fake, cheaply made jersey before by a site similar to this one so I went to the Better Business Bureau's site to see if they had any complaints or reviews. Once I read the info there I immediately wrote Custom Throwback Jerseys and voiced my concerns and asked for a refund. I also contacted my CC company and asked them to reverse the charges. It doesn't matter how good the product is, if the Customer Service is poor, I will absolutely go elsewhere. Shortly after receiving my shirt, I received an email encouraging me to offer feedback. I did, expressing a concern I had with the button holes being misaligned. THIS is the response I got back just as received: "Are you serious ? your complaint is about button spacing ? If you knew anything about baseball jerseys you would be aware that ALL Majestic jerseys have button spacing exactly like the jersey you purchased & received. I ordered a jersey from this site in late November, understanding that it would be mid-December before I received it. I was contacted again, to ensure I understood that the jersey would take several weeks. The jersey arrived in less than 2 weeks, and it is exactly what I ordered, and wonderful quality.
