They had a good selection and we found styles that worked for both the guys and the women. We sent over our artwork and they did a sample first. The embroidery came out really close to our design. I initially asked for a quote but never received one. I assumed it would be sent along with the pictures of the bags before they started the work, but it didn't arrive until after the work was completed. We were having our daughters' names embroidered on school backpacks and two patches heat-pressed onto them. My daughters spent time discussing the placement of the embroidery in detail, and at no point were we told that certain placements might cause issues. When we picked the bags up, we discovered that part of the front pocket had been sewn shut due to the embroidery placement. This was never discussed with us in advance, and unfortunately, the kids use all the pockets--so that was a disappointment. When I called to ask why we weren't informed, the only response was "we meant to," which was frustrating. That's something I definitely would have wanted to know beforehand. Also, we were warned that heat-pressed patches may not last, but one was already peeling off right after pickup. So for anyone considering that option, I'd recommend skipping the heat press and going straight to someone who can sew them on. The experience wasn't a total disaster, but there were definitely preventable issues that affected our experience. Learn from my mistakes and ask more questions.
