During the first week of 2018, I ran over a piece of metal, presumably rebar, driving down to Florida from Michigan. {flat tire occurred near Atlanta} It ruined the new tire, and Discount Tire said that the wheel needed to be replaced. I found these guys and the welder did an EXCELLENT job repairing the wheel on the same day I brought it in. No balance issues, no leaks, no problems! The wheel does not need to replaced, which is a good thing as it is an uncommon car with uncommon wheels. Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars. Took vehicle for welding repair 6 25, no written estimate, no communication with ME my phone # on truck, owner..say they'd call or email estimate..didn't call me the one paying the bill. Had phone call to husband but I never got written estimate still and closed 7 3 and July 5th still not ready I drove over on 7 6 17 asked where my truck was..in the bay..would it be ready today, not sure. Asked for written estimate since now they've worked on it and I never approved it...over $1700 flipping dollars..I said I never signed this and I am the payor of the bill??!! Not professional..get an estimate, communicate and get owners signature before touching a vehicle. Beyond livid the truck written on the estimate was wrong truck..manager didn't seem to care and yes I was fuming!!
