We were fortunate to have received a referral from a business in Redmond Oregon. Two days after contacting Noah, he arrived at our home and gave us a written estimate. He made several promises. First he stated he would arrive on time and complete the job as specified. He also stated his work was thorough with an emphasis on details, and additionally, he stated that if hired he could schedule the work within two weeks if needed... When it came time for billing, I was surprised to learn that a second technician had been onsite, as that hadn't been discussed in advance. As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work!
