The crew finished the job in less than a day and did a very thorough clean-up when they were done. There wasn't a speck of moss left on the roof. The fact that the moss treatment solution they use is non-toxic is a plus; it smells like a witch's brew, but that wears off in a few hours. When I checked my roof this spring, still no moss, so no treatment this year, but I will definitely be using their service next year. Excellent service, excellent quality, reasonable price.

I just…read morecalled them back (I waited too long!) a few months ago for the same service, and I gotta say, these guys are great. I have a huge house and it took them one day. Also, please note that they use a completely non-toxic solution unlike several other places I called. I have copper gutters and all conventional moss killers make "pinholes" in copper. The crew was delightful, respectful and they cleaned up very thoroughly. They have to pressure wash the entire roof as I have some kind of concrete tile roofing system. They have an annual service which I'm completely on board with from now on. I highly recommend Cascade Roof Care. You won't be disappointed!

Roofcraft is the absolute last company I would ever recommend for anything related to roof repair…read moreor remediation. They charged us $800 for a tarp job that was done so poorly it still leaked, leading to secondary water damage that could have been completely avoided. Their incompetence cost us far more than just money--it caused unnecessary stress and additional repairs. Their project manager, Jason, is dismissive and talks over you anytime you try to address concerns, refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures. EDIT (3/7/25): After several bouts of correspondence, the owner and myself came to a mutual arrangement which satisfied the aforementioned.

I contacted High Ridge when I had a sudden slow leak coming from a recessed light in my ceiling…read more Not only did I get a response almost immediately, even at 9:30pm at night, but they were to my home first thing in the morning to access the situation. Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. I highly recommend High Ridge Roofing for all of your roof repair needs! Thanks for all your help!
