After a roof is cleaned the gunk and moss fill the gutters, and MUST be hosed/cleaned out, (not washed down the downspouts!) Moss TREATMENT a MUST before getting off the roof. Siding gets filthy, and MUST be hosed off. Lawn; walks; drive ways get dirty & wet. (NO signs anything went on the ground), so was it all washed down the downspouts? I hope they don't get plugged up from all the debris:( For $495. I expected to get exactly what is written on the Quote by Phil Sanders. I asked several times for a receipt, for some reason he was reluctant. He got in his truck and rewrote the quote as a receipt, didn't date it (?). I asked him why the gutters were still dirty? Oh, "I don't clean the outside, just the inside". (Clean gutters IS on the quote) I asked him, "I didn't see any moss preventive treatment on the roof?" Oh, that's in the shampoo. ( why did he list it separate in the quote then?) DECEPTIVE/MISLEADING EXPENSIVE SHAMPOO

Roofcraft is the absolute last company I would ever recommend for anything related to roof repair…read moreor remediation. They charged us $800 for a tarp job that was done so poorly it still leaked, leading to secondary water damage that could have been completely avoided. Their incompetence cost us far more than just money--it caused unnecessary stress and additional repairs. Their project manager, Jason, is dismissive and talks over you anytime you try to address concerns, refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures. Cori was recommended to me as I needed a house interior painted and a deck that needed some new…read moreboards and new paint. It did take a couple days of back and forth to get ahold of him as he is very busy. He told me he normally has a separate deck crew, but not many people are looking to work, so he is doing as much as he can with a small crew. I also had a few handyman repairs that needed to be made to a door frame and some exterior paneling to the house. Cori said he could handle all of it. I was quoted $6,500-$7,000 for the entire amount of work and materials. The deck was going to be stained instead of painted as the weather was lousy and we were trying to get the house on the market quickly, so that helped a little with the cost. Cori was able to get all of the various work done in less than a week. We even added in the kitchen cabinets being painted, which I expected to be about an extra $1,000. He was able to add that no problem. All of the work was well done. There was some very minor touch-up that needed to be done after the initial inspection and that was squared away immediately. Overall, it ended up being just under $7,400 -- including the cabinets, mind you -- so Cori came under on the low end of his initial quote. We were able to get the house on the market quickly and sold the house for what we were asking in less than 2 weeks. I believe this was in large part to Cori's quality work. If I ever need similar work performed in the future, I will absolutely give Cori a call and I would tell others to as well.
